EVE need to be more like WoW!
The reason WoW have a vast popularity over EVE is, EVE aint like WoW.
I want the following things in EVE that wow have:
/duel //When you want to shoot on eachother outside jita 4 - 4
/dance //This one will be a module, that you can activate on you ship. When it's activated, you ship begin shooting harless LAZOARS out in every direction. Just for the look.

i couldent agree more . i think eve could become so much more if it looked at how Blizzard did world of warcraft . i wouldent mind being able to dance and /lol not to mention all the other good stuff .

Fit different type of large smart bombs in high.
Proceed to Jita 44 station undock point.
Activate smartbombs for super secret dance disco ball lights

Can't activate. The station radius is huge. CCP made sure of that following past discos.

We do not need another WoW, with its juvenile connections, cheaters and other things! EVE Online - a game for a certain contingent, hardcore game fan, and these fans have found it:) the other we do not need. No Sims, not WoW, there is only EVE!

I recently received a 10 day wow pass. Logged in made a Goblin and that wolf creature. Played for an hour. Went back to Eve.
Wow was great for 2 years. Now its very blah for me. My 2 cents.

Yes, there are definitely no macros and griefers in eve, only 1v1 pvpers.

Why is WoW so much more vastly popular than EVE? EVE isnt a 14.99 a month daycare service. Having an 11 million playerbase doesn't mean crap when 95% of that statistic is a bunch of braindead dumbtards. Blizzard made a stupidly easy game to pick up on and they are capitalizing hardcore off it. People try to play EVE and see that it's much more complicated and give up and don't bother. I'm not saying EVE is without it's own dumbtards, but it definitely has FAR LESS than WoW does.

Our player base population, at least the vocal minority, can be exceedingly ******ed at times.
I think the key difference is we have long term planning and spread sheet skills.

Wow and eve are completley different games, leave it at that, I play them both, i like wow like it is and i like eve as it is.
Both games attract d*ckheads and as said earlier braindead f*cktards.

Your trolling aside, popular =/= better. This is actually something I've been wondering when I left WoW - if that game were more like EVE, I'd probably still play it. I mean, the classes themselves are pretty fun, it's just that there's really nothing left to do there for someone like me. I'm fed up with WoW's raiding system for a life time, dungeon queues are close to an hour for dps, player IQ is reaching single digit average, archaeology is a boring grind and that one daily questing zone is like the most morbid zone they've ever added. In the end, by ensuring that EVE remains as it is, a complex sandbox, we also ensure that the community remains better, albeit smaller. Is the game perfect? Far from it, but the people playing it make it a great experience.

1)Eve has a huge learning curve. It is a vastly more complicated game.
2)Eve is not an insta gratification game. It requires patience and work/ credit card.
3) CCP didnt use mass advertising to put out a crappy game like Blizzard. CCP focused more on the game and not how many stores they could get their pretty box into so the kiddies could say " mommie i want that!"
Eve is a far superior MMO than WoW and will outlive it as long as CCP doesnt get greedy, lazy, or stops listening to the player base.
If eve were to become more like wow i think i would have to find a new MMO.

Sorry to break your dream but i never saw that mutch kids in one single wow server than i see here.

I can agree that dev's contact with the crowd is better than blizzard and wow dev's.
Now can you explain in what Eve is far superior? - i wouldn't put them face to face and say that. They are completly different.
Where Blizzard broke all MMO's standarts and has inovated MMO's to a higher level than any one before, CCP had the brilliant idea of making people play in a single shard at the same time and where players actions can change the whole universe destiny, this is where CCP is different from blizzard strategie game and touch different kinds of players.
Thay are not better or worst, they are different, compare Eve with another spaceship MMO and then you'll be righ but for this one you fail.
If eve were to become more like wow i think i would have to find a new MMO.
Again enlight us with your reasons eve is a spaceship MMO Wow isn't.
I would like that CCP could have the same budget than blizzard gives to WOW, this would mean a larger universe, better features because they could have mutch more people working on it.

can we not all admit that arena type battlegrounds would be a fun addition to this game? no one can deny that it is hard to find a good 1v1 or 2v2 fight in this game without a blob showing up. an arena of some sort would be great.
