Don't particularly object to Angels being harder than the others. Would be boring if they were all the same.
Equally though, aren't bounties supposed to reflect how tough an opponent is? So we should clearly get paid more for killing Angels than others do for their rats! :-)

I am no where near capable of destroying many of the NPC rats in the game, I like that, it gives me something to work towards.

If you cant tank angels, you dont know how to tank a ship. If you cant tank the other kind of npcs, you should be flying a cruiser for a nice time before jumping to a bs.

Actually, I think they need to make ALL the npcs harder than they are, even Angels.
You know its too damn easy when one PC BS can solo an NPC rat spawn of 3 BS, cruisers and frigs. Lets get some REAL challange in here.
And yes, whining is only for those people who are too f-ing lazy to work for their rewards. End yourselves already.

I like Angles, if you can learn to solo a double warlord & General spawn you can feel confident that you can utterly obliterate any other rats in the game.
Xetic has the best roids, the most cut off regions, no NPC stations, why should the rats not be the toughest in the game?
I do hate the fact that the loot so utterly sucks!
As for tanking, angles excell at that also.
I think Angles do not need to be changed.

Angel have always been dropping better loot for me. Hell theyre the only ones that actually dropped stuff i could sell...
Theyre also not all that hard to kill, just a little bit. ---------------------------

Ever tried hunting angels? If you use a raven then they're easier than hunting sanshas on an apoc. But if you're using your old sansha apoc against angels then you now know why you're getting **** results.

There are some mods missing in the drops. Large afterburners and large hull repairers fix the loot first please.
Angels are the best in the game but they can be tanked too if you don't know how that's your problem. 0.o It's not you... no wait it is you. |

Amazing how the Angels use all this old Jovian technology yet from the millions of Angel ships destroyed not one has ever droped anything that would give them a edge over other factions.
I guess the term "game balance" is unknown to you? If they dropped jovian loot the economics of this game would go down the drain and all system without angels would be emptied faster than it takes for me to snap my fingers. the fact that pirates are not all evenly balanced doesn't upset the general game balance because you can always go after other rats in other systems but jovian loot would, most ptopably, put a huge dent in game balance.
Yeah there is so much balance when the rats are a lot stronger but don't drop anything stronger. As others have mentioned before how the hell is a BS using a 1mn mwd? I would be happy if I saw more quads coming from those Warlords instead of some frigs mwd. I do not enjoy flying to 10 cans with my BS hoping one of the cruisers droped me a quad :/

I have no problems killing the normal belt angels, and even the domination BS spawns i have occasionally found in the belts - although i've never seen a domination mod drop of any of them.
What I am trying to get at here is mainly the situation with the complexes, I can quite easily think of a setup that would let 4 of us stroll through a high level sansha complex with ease, whereas the angel complexes, well they are... hard, to say the least.
But after recent searching for a high level sansha complex, it turns out that there hasn't been any added to EVE yet, so ill make do with the angels.
For those of you who say im whining to get angels nerfed. WHERE exactly do you see me asking for angels to be weakened? Thats right, nowhere, all i have complained about is the balancing between the rats, those of you who think its fair to give each rat type 2 main damage types, making them easy to tank the giving another rat type that don't exactly give higher bounty, or better loot, and make them twice as tough need to think again.
By all means, leave the rats as they are, but please, before you add sansha high level complexes, do something to make it a bit harder, or we are going to see a lot of uber modules flooding the market.

that torp came from a serpentis battlestation at the end of a 10/10 serp complex. that 1 hit destroyed a raven that was at full hp.
it also hit both mine and tzads scorpions, both running over 90% thermal res, and still did well over 3000 damage to us per missile, strangly the damage bit away big chunks of hull well before our sheilds droped on both ships.
it may be a bug, it may not but atm resistance does very little to help u versus the end of 10/10 complex structures.

Must be a bug, that Raven exploding, 6000 hit will take shields down, should be 4k armor and a bit of structure left over unless it was multiple torps 0o

The structure fires a single 1800 damage torpedo that has a 4x damage modifier. 4x1800.
