Well since the accounts involved would have been exploiting with a GM's help then they should be permanently banned, as per CCP's rules. I would hope the GMs would be fired, and have it done today to show that CCP still has confidence in their company and as a show of good faith to the community.

Ah who are we kidding? It was probably a CCP Dev that emailed a GM to take down the bubbles so he could get his Titan out. You know it would really suck to be a GM right now. CCP isn't going to fire say their lead animator or script writer. You know if it was one of them they'll just pick a GM's name out of a hat, say it was him, and throw that employee to the wolves.

Pretty much, except AFAIK ONLY the bubbles at the supercap POS disappeared.
