There is NO logical reason why tiered missions from 1 to whatever shouldnt exist in high sec space for those who just like to mission against the set scenerios. The missions exist and have been in high sec for a long time until the recent pull back of lvl 5 missions. As some of us have stated previously, taking these missions away takes gameplay justification as well. We pay our subs, there is no reason to deny us content that doesnt involve sacrificing our ships and pods to gate campers. If there is a legitimate concern for the high sec mission rewards, then change them.

You honestly think pvpers think moving lvl 4/5 to low sec will generate that many more targets? Trust me, they know just as you do that the majority of high sec mission runners would just downgrade mission level or rage quit the game before taking the bold step to low sec cause "pvp isn't their style of gameplay."
Newsflash: you undock, you are consenting to pvp. Eve is pvp. This isn't just pvp players forcing it on you. Its the developers. They have stated in multiple interviews of the years that Eve is first, and foremost a pvp game.
Now as for this "stop telling me how to play the game i pay for" crap. Its not the players. Its CCP. The players are simply echoing the developers of the game you pay for. Rewards in eve are tiered. There are no ABC ores in high sec, no 10/10s, no pirate agents, and guess what...no lvl 5s. Lvl 5s spawning in high sec was a bug. A bug that was fixed. Quite honestly they should have declared it an exploit to complete missions in high sec.
Final tier content requires risk taking. CCP likes to reward the bold. Stop crying, grow a pair, and seize the the opportunity if you really want it. If you don't, stick to the status quo or move on from eve. Plenty of other games out there..
