Been waiting for it to start for some time now, but vacation got in the way of the first episodes. Just hope it will live up to my expectations. Transhumanity is no easy task to make a series out of, lots of room for making it downright stupid :P |

Yep ... so far thats what It seems, also like after the "event" the world is semi apocalyptic? so many questions. Hope they keep it up, so far seems a top notch series, seems to have some money poured on it.

Allegedly about 1/3 of the people in the world were "implanted" when "the event" happened, and the overwhelming majority of them died that day, and people with technical or time-critical jobs were the most likely to be "implanted".
So the world would most likely have found itself mostly without electricity soon enough, no global and probably not even local communication methods to speak of, negligible or no mass transit systems which would most likely mean starvation for most city dwellers not dead instantly (and most likely, everybody on a plane would also be dead, since most of the pilots would have died), a mostly useless bank system which would most likely lead to a complete collapse of currency which all by itself could be quite enough for massive riots, and last but not least, probably almost no more doctors (except old retired ones).

Hannah Simone is part of the cast, what more could anyone ask for!
Plus yeah so far it looks pretty cool, very slow, but guess thats down to the format, being split into 4-6min segments. |

Its mostly about the dark side of H+ , since in the series, H+ triumphed and most people evolved into a society of implanted human beings and how such a society collapsed. It deals with it, but from a differing perspective.
