In other words:
Our logs have never recorded an error.

Edited by: zz01shagsme on 02/02/2011 20:41:38 "a.Ships lost in NPC combat may be replaced in cases where a bug has been verified through GM investigation as the cause. Such reimbursement would only be done at the discretion of a GM. b.Ships lost during PVP combat may be replaced only in cases where a bug has been verified as the cause of the loss. Such reimbursement would only be done after an investigation and at the discretion of a GM. c.Losses caused due to disconnection as a direct result of a server node drop or an unannounced server downtime may be reimbursed pending investigation by, and at the discretion of, a GM. Ships lost due to lag or non-server related disconnection will not be reimbursed. d.Ships destroyed by use of the "self destruct" feature, whether intentionally or accidentally, cannot be reimbursed."
If it's something they do not track then how are they suppose to reimburse in the event of autopilot being the cause of the loss?
i think GM's don't like me becuase i keep being told to read this and im lost at what exactly their logs show and what investigation they do actually do. AND in my case if its something they do not track then how can they investigate?

I'm going to take a few guesses.
1) You autopiloted through an incursion constellation and died. 2) You autopiloted through a low sec system and died. 3) You autopiloted through a gate camp and died. 4) You autopiloted through a null sec system and died. 5) You autopiloted and died. 6) Your autopilot had a never before seen or encountered catastrophic failure through no fault of your own and... you died.
Which was it?
Autopilot 10 jumps in a freigher every alternate day no need to go to low sec but ended up in it after i patched my client.

Obviously you were not around before the last last last may one more last - patch where autopilot caused many issues.

Obviously the autopilot is so unlikely to be the cause of your loss that they don't bother logging it.
If anyone else but you would have reportet a bug, then there actually might be one - but since it's only you it's most likely your fault.
A few years ago but i haven't been the only one

No. you didn't. You put the wrong destination in, maybe you were tired/drunk/high/stupid. Nobody else has reported this issue and if it were a patch issue everybody would be cramming the general board with cries of DOOOOOOOM.
Refresh your cache, and man up. The autopilot is client side anyway so they won't have any logs. If you're doing something involving enough material for a freighter run every 2 days I'm sure you can afford a new one.
Do tell me sir seeing you have a crystal ball - how wrong can you be typing Jita into autpilot? and considering the day before the patch i ran from jita to Dodixie and dont hit low sec how I ended up in low sec system on my way to jita.
