I'm not the greatest industrialist there is yet. And as such, I have a noob question about reprocessing. I just built a hypotetical hyperion. Now, after having a blood vessle in my head rupture I've decided to reprocess it so I can have the minerals back. Do I get the same ammout of minerals back as I put into the ship? What if the blue print had alot of materials research do I get less than what i put into it?

You will get the same amount of minerals as if the blueprint was perfectly researched AND your Production Efficiency level is 5 (ie. there was absolutly no waste applied!)
Edit: In your case the Hyperion BPO would have to have ME 2,527,821

You get back the base mineral cost : meaning what it would take to make your ship with perfect ME, minus the reprocessing waste (depends on your skills), minus the reprocessing tax (depends on your standings with the corporation that owns the station),
SO in theory you could get back exactly what it took to make it but it needs all the requirements above

Once you get your standing with particular corp to 6.67, have refining efficiency to 5 you only need scrap metal to 1 for a 50% station, which is pretty much every one in high sec, the only time you need scrap metal above one is when using a refinery with 35%, they are generally only in low sec down, and then you only need scrap metal to 4 for no waste/take as I recall.
