People are usually pretty good at not jumping into a site if there's already someone there, and being a 2 man fleet with alts means we have fast reaction time and aren't constantly waiting for someoen to grab a smoke/snakc/go for a bio break. I've also sold off 8 named cap mod BPCs so far, so I'm not some scrub who doesn't know what he's talking about That said: Drakes are fine for incursions, just makes sure you bring a few target painters along. 2 dedicated logis will keep them alive no problem, though you will want RR on the drakes if you have less than that. It's certainly not ideal, but it definitely works.

Its not about rewards but I personally think you should get a decreased reward for every fleet member above 15 members. That balances out the gameplay a bit. Where it will have some long(er) lasting impact on the system (amount of ore, agents quality, planetary resources, moon resources etc.) if you fight back those incursions quick or if you need a long time or don't care. The current version can be only a first step. Sadly I haven't heard anything from the devs if they want to iterate Incursions or if it is all hands for Incarna now.
