Just post them here. They don't even have to make sense or be balanced, as this isn't an idea thread, but just an entertainment thread. I will start:
1 - Steal a Tech III Jovian Titan
2 - Get ahold of an admin-only Super Weapon (mainly the GM Ultra Mega Super Death Ray)
3 - Pickpocket another player by using the Give Money System and giving them a negative amount of money.

Oh wait, you said three things. Well, I could use some minions, so I guess I also wish I could have slaves. I can't think of anything else I want: just my own region with many, many slaves.

1) Jump with any ship using cap by 'plotting' a course that takes X time depending upon distance, ship mass, etc. Bypassing 'safety' allowing me to make 'combat' jumps that result in me taking damage, ending up off the mark or even exploding if the jump is really long/complicated and I 'over' rush it.
2) Use tractor beams on other ships, also reversing them to repulse.
3) Pilot fighters/bombers and be able to manually fly them, dogfight in space etc.

1: The ability to reach through the screen and slap the **** out of some guy that smack talks and says things he never, EVER would have the courage to say to a person in real life. (Guess this can be applied to anything regarding the internet).
2: I like the Tractor Beam idea to catch a ship.
3: Be able to shoot botting ships and not get gate gunned or concorded for it. Instead, we should get medals and LP.

1-Dock in Carriers (I think carriers should have a force projection role in Eve. Similar to the titan bridge but on a smaller scale).
2-Hunt for real player Bounties using a non-exploitable and revamped system that is intuitive and fun.
3-Get more solo kills.

1. Fly a Caldari HAC that is actually a HAC and not a silly ****ing sniper boat, like BOTH the Cerberus and lolEagle are. Gila, though contender for 'HAC the Caldari never had but should' doesn't count as it's technically a Gurista ship.
2. Be able to fly more than just Drakes and Cerbs (and the occasional Gila) in PvP for Caldari ships without fear of being laughed at.
3. Be able to remove all the SP I put into Minmatar and put it into Caldari related skills because Caldari ships were finally made into adequate PvP boats rather than 'Always Lawful Carebear' ships.
Seriously, I feel gypped for picking Caldari; I heard they were the most militant and efficient of the races, with the best navy, and their ships all look cool. I was angry when I discovered that these chrome beasts are generally hacked to bits by the flying scrapheaps that are most Minmatar ships. :\
Yes, I've crosstrained Minmatar (and Gallente for that matter). No. I do not like Minmatar ships.

Here's two. I'm not willing to put more effort into it right now. :)
1. Revamp FW/Sov 0.0 to encourage smaller gangs: I want sov 0.0 and FW space to be more squad oriented, and have the battlefield spread over more grids and systems. I would like better battlefield information for FCs of large fleets to better monitor and direct their own fleet, as well as visualize enemy force concentrations.
2. Remove Ship Tiers: I want all T1 ships to have a role that they are designed for and have slots/fittings/bonuses towards that effect such that all ship roles are reasonably fulfilled without regard to the current ship tier system.

1. Play without the client crashing, locking up or running with a pathetic fps
2. Get those who like pvp combat to understand that many players do not like it, and no amount of content updates will change that.
3. Be able to build all the stuff NPC's build in high sec, that stuff you see in missions.
4. Have planets and moons change position each downtime like they were in orbit.
