So myself and my girlfriend have played EVE for nearly a year and several times over this span thought it would be cool if we married our characters. And so, without further ado, I am pleased to announce that two weeks from this date we shall be wed.
This is a notice to the GMs and to our friends throughout EVE. Regardless of corp and alliance, please post here if you can attend. We would like the Galactically renown Space Lawyer Viceroy to be the minister and ask this as an eternal "Show Respect" to one of our favorite enemies m0o.

Don't worry I will most likely hire BDCI/FRICK for this and hopefully some of the people who have more notorious corps will bring a few ships to add to the defense fleet. I always had a deep respect for mOo even on my old character so I hope they go with the flow on this, besides they ***** me up on ts.

My Raven is in storage until I can put T2 missiles with specialization skills on it. My Tempest is in storage until they fix projectiles and there is no way I would fly an Amarrian ship to such a large social event.

1 lb. seedless raisins
1 lb. sultana raisins
1 lb. currants
1 1/2 lb. seeded raisins
3/4 lb. cherries (candied- mixed red & green)
3/4 lb. dates - chopped
1/2 lb. candied citron orange peel ( or mixed if need be)
1/3 lb. blanched almonds
2 tsp. ea. cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/3 lb. pecans
3 3/4 c. flour
1 lb. butter
2 cups white sugar
12 eggs
1/2 cup fruit juice (I use grape juice) or rum
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Reserve 1/2 c. flour- use to flour all fruit & nuts except the cherries Mix basic cake ingredients (except fruit, nuts, citron & cherries) as per normal batter. Then add batter to the floured fruit, mix well.

Using 3 tiered pans, grease parchment paper, place in pans- getting corners as straight as possible. Place a layer of batter, then place the cherries- alternating colors across the pan- add a layer of batter, repeat ending with batter. Fill all pans evenly.

Bake @ 275F for 3-4 hours. I place a pan of water in the over to add moisture while they are baking. The test for doneness is when the top springs back when indented with a light touch. Tops will be browned and some slight *****ing may occur. Let cool- remove from pans still in paper. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then in plastic bags. Age in refrigerator. They may be brushed with brandy or rum occasionally.

Heheh... Ask the bestman. He's got to be responsible for any bachelor party -not me.
Lucian and I do not have an official "gift registry" but I think anything that can be equipped to Amar or Caldari BS's would be suitable. Lucian, I doubt, would disagree with the thought that anything that'll improve PvP play for either of us would be great as we'll likely be working together.
Lucian specified "Dread Guristas" anything, that can be fitted to a BS, would be what he would ask for.
As for me... well... see the forementioned. Both of us would be appreciative of large amounts of ammunition as well as Tech II equipment, I'm sure. ISK is more than sufficient for both parties. Just be sure to hold off on handing it to us until the appointed day. Ships good for PvP, equipment that serve the same purpose... yeah... I think you get the idea.
That's not to say, overall, we wouldn't welcome slaves (somebody's gotta keep things in order while LUcian and I are away) or the Amarrian's best friend (I'd have company whilst relaxing. )
Anyway, I hope this helps those of you that were asking about a "gift registry."
Details of the ship positions at the ceremony (and maybe rehearsals) to be posted later.

Thank you to all that have the intention of attending our wedding. With all of you there, I am sure it will be not only a momentous occassion but a joyous one.
I have no idea how to proceed with setting up the altar positions as well as the procession and recession. Secure cans can be used, I'm sure but I just hope that they can be aligned just so, working with this pic. Am I being unrealistic?

Wedding will be at first planet on the planet list
A few positions will hopefully be marked off for bride, groom and clergyman somewhere nearby. We won't be having a perfect formation or anything... it's just too difficult to do.

Apologies for not making it, I'm tied up with RL stuff at the moment.
Can't help but feel that of all the potential opportunities for fun on Saturday VoTF took the easiest and lamest one for some publicity. No respect. Having said that if VoTF war dec'd the day before then anyone in the wedding party should have hopped corps at the last minute, niaive not to.
I see Apostles of Insanity continue to make themselves look like the biggest tossers in the game by both their in game and forum shenanigans. You guys should gag Fatballs, before he chokes to death on his own BS.
A sad indication of the maturity levels amongst some members of our community and a sadder indication of the lack of commmon sense amongst others.
Lucian, next time sort out some proper security.

There is one difference between going into a fight knowing you have a chance of winning and knowing you will lose.
It is the difference between bravado and stupidity. Usually its the second (especially in FatBalls's case).
You should atleast have the guts to admit that you screwed up rather than make up lame reasons like I was reading chat or my map was on blah blah blah.
Or sometimes it helps not having lame modules on your interceptors like remote armor repairers, cargo expanders or carry long limb-roes. (Now I am not saying FatBalls does this)

Well, I feel that if I can jump into a fight with the odds being 1 vs 13 and take out 2 of them before I Blow up a small victory. I have fought in the old days with my raven 1v4 and 5 and won.
I can also attest to myself and Stigg and Cupdeez going into fight 3 vs 21 in a2-vs and taking out a majority of them. We once took on those numbers and had it down to 6 of them left being in bs and crusiers mainly bs's before we left system. I do not go into a fight always' 1 vs 13 expecting to lose but in most of the cases with sharks I did as it was empire and they had so many alts and other corps helping them with cloak ships etc their was no chance. I can guarantee if they swing into my old house hed or hlw they would have all perished as 1 v 13 would not have been enough to help them.
I think any of the ex ca could take them out or stain or xetic or anyone else who has real pvp tactics not log offs and cheap tactics.
