To me the deal was done, so any ISK sent after that whether in error or not, doesnt need to be returned. Its like if I sell 5 bill worth of items to a player, then send the ISK back to the player, why would CCP ban me? Or in terms of GTC, if I sell a GTC for 700 mil then send the ISK back to the player, why would CCP ban me? Besides CCP hasnÆt got time to ban people they are too busy working on incarna and the logs wont show anything anyway. - 0.0 will be all MINE!

It's obvious that the guy who send him the ISK wanted to buy that character, so that was clearly a misunderstanding. By no means should one try to exploit this and keep the ISK, keep your scamming attitudes within the game. It's scarry what kind of excuses people here try to bring up in order to keep that ISK if they would've got it. Seriously... Face palm

I don't think any of the 3 involved parties followed the intent of the character auction rules as neither of you posted your bids in that thread and the seller didn't announce a winner. CCP should keep the character and the isk :)
