Rodj Blake ---START TRANSMISSION--- At the start of this year I commenced by third term as PIE CEO. I have never sought power, but I accepted the role in the best interests of the corporation. Since then, I have spent as much of my time and energy as possible serving the corporation. However, I have become increasingly aware that my skills as a pilot and as a strategist have over the last year or two become out of date, and that new methodologies need to be employed in order to succeed in the current environment. I have always held the opinion that the most important part of leadership was in knowing the right time to relinquish power and I have concluded that now is the time to step down. As such I informed my fellow directors a couple of weeks ago that I intended to resign and yesterday, with mixed emotions, I did just that. The new CEO of PIE Inc and executor of Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris is Mitara Newelle who since joining the corp has served with distinction and amply demonstrated her ability to take PIE from strength to strength. I know that the PIE's members and allies will all support Admiral Newelle as they have me throughout my tenure and I am looking forward to seeing PIE thrive under her stewardship. On a more personal note, I will be leaving PIE Inc. in the next few days to take up a new role within the alliance. ---END TRANSMISSION--- Dulce et decorum est pro imperium mori.

A retired Admiral Blake moves-in with the retired Archbishop, and cantankerous adventures ensue. I think we'll call it "Grump Old Men." We'll make a mint on the broadcast ratings! I have but one small regret... that I was never able to watch your hull burn in person and collect your charred remains. Seems we were always at opposing battle schedules. I do believe the recruiting restrictions are still in place, which means you would need to apply for PAUX not PIE. By the way, Admiral Blake is heading PAUX from my understanding.
