your skill sheet doesnt work. if i had to just go off your picutre i'd say a bil tops. how much SP? race? what is V? what ships can you fly? put that stuff here even if you post your links

my first ever char.. got some bad advice when i started.. looking to "try aga8n" or something like that maybe just start over and sell this 1 and its assets? opinion?

as not T2 guns or T2 ships i would say you'd prob get 1.5 - 2 bil as a non silly name

That's actually a decent starter toon. Lot's of the core skills are done. All that's left is specializing. You can try selling it, but I recommend keeping it.
If you do try to sell it, you'll probably get around 2-3 bill at max. Considering, I have seen toons similar to yours around 11-12m sp that sold for 3.4 - 3.8 bill.
so anyways, that's my input.
