Thanks for reporting that, 2nd person saying it. Ive looked into it, and it seems Internet Explorer doesnt show it for some reason, Ill look into it right away!

It didn't work in firefox either atleastn not for me
It works in firefox, that ive testet thoroughly! You might have been on while i was experimenting with some added codes, or different permalinks :)

The problem is hereby fixed. It was cause the page was set to Private, and due to admin rights i could see it. I thought you could see the link if you knew the direct URL :)
I apologise for the troubles, will update names now :)
Everyone should be able to see their tickets now :)

edit: Ok, I took some time to look over the site.. here's my comments so far:
- colors; the green color used for headings is "too close" to the background color. Also the orange color used for various places (i.e. "no comments") stands out from the rest of the site.
- There's a spelling error in this piece of text, and I dont like the way the email address is split over two lines!

I fixed the email and the spelling error.
I dno why it types those things in capital letters, cause in the database its not all capital :S
Im removing the no comments part, and the post category color will be changed, but as it says on the site, im redesigning it :)
