As I and others have said, cloaking is fine. Cloaky ships are generally less combat capable and are often easily killed if you are prepared. You get to be prepared because you get to see them in local when they enter your system (or several systems out as they are coming if you're properly set up). The reason people are dismissive is because this whine comes up a lot. It also gets explained a lot. Then somebody else comes along and whines and we have to start all over again. Nullsec is harsh. Learn to deal with it and HTFU, or GTFO.

At the top of this particular forum are a few sticky posts and in one of those posts is actually a link to this very topic, one of many as you've by now surmised from the number of others bashing your head into the nearest blunt object and showing you thread after thread of fail on this very topic. You've introduced absolutely nothing new to this argument yet you then strike out at the three ideas offered up as if they held any water to begin with and the entire time your head remained buried in the sand that those suggestions were as worthless as your original suggestion. People like you that cannot take the time to spell check, use punctuation properly, and use a little common sense before posting something this ignorant should simply stop playing this game. It's obvious as the day is long that you're not happy because someone is watching you and your friends and you're insecure about flying your spaceship alone because the big bad cloaky ship might hot drop a massive fleet upon you at any second and ruin your day of ratting in the belts or pew pew on roids. So do us all a favor and stop posting drivel on the forums such as this and learn how to take some time to read up on a topic before you make a fool of yourself. It's obvious that you lack a spine because you can't be bothered to post from a main out of fear of being hunted down and killed by not only the people on the forums but likely your own corp mates because if they knew you were this stupid they'd likely pod you themselves. This idea died in fire a long time ago. It never had a chance nor will it ever. Cloaking is not broken. It works the way it was intended from day one. Is this clear enough for you?

Some of the ideas aren't nessecarly bad, but for the most part, cloaks are called cloaks for a reason. Your a stealthy assassin or agent who can't be caught unless you make a mistake. Plus afk cloakers don't hurt anyone, and they do it, cause they know it annoys ya. I'd say, let it be and if CCP does something, then hey it happens. But for now let it go. It's the only thing that will keep ya from being flamed/trolled. Meh, it looks like for now cloaks will not change. Racing to the end, only to get splattered at the end is soo uncool.
