Lvl 4 engineering and Electronics Should be enought to fit all the mods. I have lvl 5 both. With this ship I have done all my lvl 4 missions with no real problems.

nice mods, but it looks like a horrible setup unless the invul field has a real good activation time , and cap usage.
Anyway, if i had the cash i would bid :)

by horrible i mainly meant the invul field. Unless it has some uber stats over the normal version, it would drain cap real fast. with my setup i can run an XL non-stop without running out of cap. Sure the resistances would be nice, but i dont see how you could run it forever with only 1 cap charger 2.
Forgive me if i am wrong, i still said the mods were good, just the arrangement seems a bit odd. At least u are unique :p

a good setup would be
6 Guristas/Navy Faction siege, 2 True sanshas nossies or better (30k+)
1 vespas xl shield booster, 1 guristas dread amp (~1000 shield/4s), two 55% hardners,2 true sanshas cap chargers (or T2)
in the lows, 3 faction pds, and 2 guristas dread balistic mods
that might be worth your buyout, im not fond of invunralbility fields anw would rather just tank repair the damage every 30seconds or so when my sheild goes down slightly.

Ok please stop posting those things. This is the setup I'm selling. I know there can be better setups than this one. If you had unlimited isks you could have anything you want.
But even those good XL booster have been sold for 700 mill and more so that cuts a big money out.

Yours is only a large shield booster. it is worth no more than about 80mil. Yes the XL Gistii Type C is worth 800m+ (i have one). Your boost/sec seems very low, and i doubt it would match an apoc with 2 large named armor reps.
Anyway good luck, tho u will need a lot of luck to reach that buyout :)
