I've been running two alts in Dominix's over the last few months, sometimes together in longer missions like World's Collide, usually separately to double my income. My suggestions are: 1) Forget hybrids. You can spend a month training large hybrids and it will only end up being about 10-15% of your damage compared to drones, and you'll give up about 1/3 of your cargo space carrying enough ammo to get through the harder missions, which means less loot. If you slap on all of the sensor boosters and gyrostabs needed to make them decent, then your tank is going to suffer badly. * Equip Drone Link augmenters, tractors, salvagers, and a civilian gun to draw aggro instead, and salvage as you go. The extra money adds up, and missions will be slow anyway so you may as well do it to keep busy. 2) Getting Heavy Drones II should be one of your first priorities. I prefer Wasps II against Serpentis and Guristas, but Ogres work well against everybody else. Sentries have their uses too, but being mobile with heavies is better if you salvage as you mission. Which you want to. 3) I recommend 2 CCCs and a nano pump for rigs. Using a faction or AB II helps a lot on gated missions. 2 large armor reps with 4 rat specific hardeners will keep you alive in pretty much any roomful of hostiles. Keep your cap going by filling the rest of your slots with a Beta Reactor Control: Capacitor Power Relay I and all Cap Recharger II's, and you will stay cap stabile with either both Large Armor Reps going at once, or just one plus the afterburner when you are chasing down ships.
I did this build with faction hardeners since I didn't have anything better to use the LP on and the skills needed to get to the regular hardener II's is pretty steep when that time is better spent training drones. If you need to use tech 1 heavy drones while training for tech II versions, it will work fine, just slower. Just make sure you have Hobgoblin II's and Hammerhead II's as a priority, they only take a few days and really help mitigate the frigate scramming threat.
