Kalrand GoonWaffe Goonswarm Federation	Posted - 2011.02.14 10:51:00 - [1] The Charles Ponzi School of Business Completely Uncollateralized, Unaudited, Very Complex, But Actually Not Fraudulent Investment System is a system of investments that are designed uniquely be Win-Win-Win for investors, the manager, and customers. And by "Win", I mean "Make Tons of Money". And by "Make Tons of Money" I mean "4%". This is the second of the bonds issued. Hence the title "Bond #2". I know that's enough for some of you, but for the rest, continue reading in this thread. The terms are the same, except this bond has a fixed rate of 4%. Also I answered some questions over here. Long story short I received more interest in making goon loans than I expected, and I undersized my first bond, since I didn't think that MD would be all that receptive to the concept. Current portfolio: 1) 500m in Coonfleet shares (50 shares @ 10m a share), est dividends of ~7%/month, irregularly paid 2) 2 Billion in a loan to a Goon (Goon K) @ 10%/month interest, 1 month duration. 3) 2.5 Billion in a loan to a Goon (Goon R) @ 10%/month interest, 4 month duration. 4) Cash: 100m. tl;dr I'm selling bonds that I'm going to be reinvesting in Goonswarm investments that you people just don't have access to. Each bond is worth 100 Million isk, and will receive an interest payment once a month. Probably on or about the 15th of every month. I can call your bond at any time. You'll get paid the interest for that month in full if I do.

Honestly I'm expecting about a ton of flames for doing this so quickly after the last bond, so I want to keep the option to "move the goalpost" and save face if I get an underwhelming demand. That's why I didn't put down a maximum.

That being said, I'd have to work at making more than 20-25b in loans in the next two weeks (which I'd need to do to have interest coming in for the payment on the next 15th), so to keep this low effort, I'd stop there.

And someone will realize that "Bernie Ebbers" is my alt, and someone one else will point out that the CPSoB in the title stands for Charles Ponzi School of Business, etc etc. My offers throw off more red flags than a communist marching band.

I don't think he was serious about the auditor here, but I do think other people might share that concern, so I answered it like it was serious.
