It doesn't really matter since in Eve you can never really defeat anyone but just cause them to relocate. As alliance gets bigger so do their heads and sooner or later they are destined to a collapse.
FIX has always been a smaller alliance and has more than enough ppl attacking us so the plain truth is we had nothing to gain by picking a fight. Those on the other side tho seemed to be very bored and had a motive to start one so thats just the way it goes.
BTW anyone want to buy some offic space in Stain Space I got some for sale at 200 bil each. Cash up front ...

If the only real reason why a NAP is stil kept at place is so SE won't jump all over FIX, then what is the point? There's no mutual benefit as those on both ends of the NAP aren't "equal". The SE-FIX NAP isn't here to protect FIX from SE, and when that is the case, the NAP should end 
I guess that means about 90% of the NAPs should not be honored by your ideas.... FIX has plenty of NAPs not because we feel threatened by the other parties but just because it was the right thing to do to NAP those we are friendly with. Very few NAPs are equal in the terms you mentioned.
