Hello,
Due to the destruction of the south, many regions are now up for grabs - the lines have been drawn, and we have inadvertently taken sov and stations. We have no use for these systems, and will be selling them on - both outright, and on 3 month contracts.

And I cannot think of anything more ludicrous that 3rd partying space ownership - It would be impossible, specifically because if you don't like the rats, or don't make enough you could convince the 3rd party that the space is not what was promised.

third party is not for rat quality but for renter quality - you only get your isk at the end of the month when there are no kills showing that your alliance killed anyone of mine in that system, and also when we have access into your stations. Not accepting this is just an indication that you're just another scammer. Space renting business is full of scammers. First indication is posting a message with an out-of-corp alt. Renting cannot be done anywhere under CEO level. Have your alliance CEO post the message and you might get some trust ( depending on your alliance history; for example, both goons and test alliance are well known for scamming even at CEO level ). Accept the third party and you'll get 100% trust.
I like how you have done absolutely no research on this at all, but I am not concerned all that much, so I will answer your points as best I can.
Getting paid at the end of the month is like getting paid for a mothership after letting them sit in it - it is just ridiculous, and hands all the power to the buyer, which is now how the world works, Timmy.
You can call me a scammer all you like, but I am yet to hear of anyone, anywhere that has used a third party to rent space - additionally, through your stellar research, you have identified me as an out of corp alt - I will change the forums now to show corp/alliance so you look a little more foolish.
If you are not interested, that is fine - thank you for the free bumps though.

I did totally forget about the "Right Click > Kick from space" option on the rental menu in the HUD, thanks for reminding me. The point is, you don't invite people to come and move their stuff with you if they might not pay, it is simply bad business.
Confirming that PL is also new to this whole rental thing, we are a new alliance that is relatively unknown, we probably should use a third party until we build up some rep.
Is there a better place to sell space than the want to sell forum?

Also, if you think this is a scam, that is fine - you don't have to rent, you also clearly either have a very short memory, or have been playing the game for 2 weeks.

Thank you for your input CC, but this is the right forum, regardless of your attempted moderation.
PL have never used a third party to rent out space, and did so, successfully, for about 2 years (12 months ago).
Yes, I am a pirate - Yes having a negative security status must obviously mean that I am a gentleman of low moral fibre and should never be trusted.

Anyways, if you have SOOOO much business and you did this for SOOOO long, it means you have no problems quoting some trustworthy alliances for references ? I mean in one year, renting probably a dozen systems, you must have had at least 10-15 renters. Shouldnt be so hard to find a few that can vouch for you. I mean, its not like accepting a third party which we all know, its very bad for scamming business.
Spacefriend, I was being facetious - we are anything but new to the rental business. Find anyone that was ever in Greater Pathetic Community, the renting alliance we had in Fountain for however long.
That you have no idea about any of this makes me wonder if you aren't a noob corp alt at all, but a noob corp main..
