I think CQ ( Captains Quarters ) are the first step of Incarna implementation to the game, followed step by step with more features as the first implementation is running smooth and fine, since CCP has decided to give out expansions in pieces which i think is the best way to do then drop all at one Patch / update to ligthen the workloads for the programmers bughunters and Devs to make fixes more easy and quickier deployed like in the past years. Having the whole load about the patch to fix is much more of codes and whatnot to check through then just the part by part updates with lesser new added stuff

Amaroq, those Mirrors happen periodically as they are in need or CCP thinks a special test needs a more up to date status then latest Mirror which can lay a month or weeks in the past, if you are a new player less them 30 days old, you most likely wont exist on Sisi due to the fact i mentioned above.

Yes they mirror the server every couple weeks to as long as a month or so. You might have to wait a while for your character to show if the char is brand new

If the new mirror is deployed before Wednesday we will not be able to run even a single test Generally there should be a way to test more easily for wormhole dwellers. Testing stuff in k-space is very easy but getting chars and stuff into w-space is a PITA. Maybe create an "entry system" where wormholes to every class of w-space are spawned every day.
