Sylvester Stallone plays quite a bit, He's in my corp, unlike RL, he doesnt like confrontations in Eve and leaves me high and dry if we get surrounded in Roams, I warned him, if he ever does that again I'll reveal his ingame name!! He begged me not to and promised fight to the death next time, Time will tell how that promise pans out

I think CCP should make a forum rule to prevent discussion of celebrities to safeguard their privacy.

I work on a studio lot. I will not say which.
I have seen a principle actress on a sit com have her laptops open and on the desktop was the EVE Online shortcut. No I will not give anymore information. So you answer is yes, they do exist.
Also before anyone goes all tin foil hat and stuff hoping they can find out, I highly doubt any celebrity uses their real name when creating online game accounts. That is why they have aliases and such when they check into hotels and all that.

Thats whats nice about the internet and perhaps MMO's in perticular, even if a celebrity did "out" themselves on the forums or ingame noone would belive them anyways.
Only way to convince anyone that a celebrity plays the game is if they were shown footage of them actually playing the game.

It's not inconcievable, Curt Schilling (Red Sox) played some SOE mmo, I think EQ2 or some crap. He went off to start some MMO company, don't know if it ever went anywhere. Probably didn't.

Why would any celeb tell you people who they are in RL?
I wont say who or if i am but i will say this. With all the crap music i hear you guys listen to the last thing i would want is game mails and trolls in local talking smack about my work and past projects while the idiots trolling me actually listen to some crap DJ who sample the people who actually write the **** and just throw on some crap 4/4 techno beat on it and you all eat it like candy. While some of us actually know how to play a few instruments and compose, and have dedicated many years to the craft.
Why would anyone want to deal people in a game you actually play to have fun and not deal with it.. last thing i would want to hear is dudes wanting to send demos and crap or wanting help with a career cause they are too lazy to work the clubs and just want to go into a deal right from their moms basement.(Lord how i miss the barrier of recording budgets that weeded out all the crap now a kids with a half a brain and few bucks can make a CD and they generally do.)
Not that i would care anyway as i don't see many of you scum bags actually ever buying a cd or paying for an MP3 anyway, or going to a show, cause that would require leaving the house.. lol
