Nullified cloaky T3 cruiser.
Or the cheaper way: covert ops frig.
Just don't get yourself decloaked after jump. Easy as pie to travel to any place in nullsec.

Edited by: Running River on 19/02/2011 23:01:51 I just finished a 30 jump tour of nullsec in a Hound, and I think the Cov Ops frig would be just as good or better since your warp speed will be so much faster than anyone who chases you. Just be careful not to jump from gate to gate if the system is busy.
Sweet shades meet-up.

One wrong move and you lose ship and pod, emphasis on pod.

Edited by: Xina Tutor on 20/02/2011 03:25:45 cov ops frig... you do fine unless you hit a good bubble camp... even then the mwd cloak trick should get you out 9/10.
and that said... I flew completely around the edge of eve in a t1 mwd frig 2 day old character and only lost 1 frig on the trip... saved the pod and bought a new one (shot in cloud ring)...

lol plz.
SB would be one of the best ships to use.
I think the only thing that could lock you is a remote Sebo'd recon ship, but even then it would be pretty damn hard for them.

Become one of the capital nobility and simply cyno yourself from region to region.
Gates are for filthy unwashed masses. |

definately the pod express.
Otherwise the dramiel, much safer then a cloaky. (although you could make a case for a cloaky on routes where you have tacticals of the gates).

Instalocking arty-boats are rare, but still happen. Dramiels don't offer much defense against them.

Edited by: Mark Neismith on 21/02/2011 07:41:34 Cov-op cloaking device with MWD - works like a charm. Add some tank to prevent insta-pop if you get decloaked in a bubble, while you burn back to the gate.
Oh - and dont use autopilot unless your cargo is full of t2 BPOs
