Need help: open source business plan for Eve

(open source business plan) * A find "safe" & less time consuming investment for underused liquidity (current income hit profit ceiling) * May open up for investing, depends on demand and feedback fallout. (or just dump my assets on market) How: Give Loans to borrower's who has ownership of T2 BPO's or more liquid assets as collateral to secure repayment of a loan Creating some reasonable formula figure out value of T2 BPO's which takes in account profit and volume traded in eve over set period.(need some help on this part) Credit risk: Deemed High due to History of eve and this board: I take all responsibility for holding collateral and loans May outsource audits on borrower's as investigation fee up front, cost depends on cost of audit. (no profit) Request payment in regular installments & show for active profit and active involvement in eve. (open time to default? week? or until next installment is due) Loans are charge a higher interest rate to borrowers who are more likely to default (start-ups ventures, or no current business plan goons) What do you think?

I intentionally written it vague in hopes of different ideas come forth that are more successful securing loans that don't have high rate default as seen here.
