I would love to see a feature where we can have one set of bookmarks shared amongst all members of a Corp/Alliance. This would be done in a similar way as Ship fittings can be shared in a corp.
Doing this would greatly reduce system time from people copying massive numbers of bookmarks to share or sell. All bookmarks would only show up if the person is a member of a Corp/Alliance and cannot be edited unless someone has the correct role say "cartogropher" thus freeing them up for more PvP/Mining/PvE/Etc.
This would also prevent people from joining to aquire the bookmarks then leaving as they would not be stored in the users People and Places, it would be stored in a corp People and places which could only be edited by someone with the cartographer role!

So many times I've seen this asked for and so many times I've supported such an idea, it really would make things so much easier being able to transmit a BM between fleet/corp mates. +1

This was on the last CSM query in the TOP5 and should had seen some light at CCP-HQ by now.. no idea if scheduled though.

Fully support this and every other time this has been proposed.
Eve needs a redesign of the BM system.
