Scrapheap Challenge is always a much safer bet for fits. People there actually post fits that they fly.
Imo, basic template for an active sleip fit is ACs, neut, x-large booster, inv, long point, injector, MWD, Damage control, some combination of gyros, TEs and nanos. You can do a number of different things on the rigs.
The alternative I suppose would be a buffer tanking uber-cane for shield logi gangs.
The booster probably wants to be DG bare minimum. Deadspace if you want to pimp it. LSB is apparently viable with HG crystals but offers a pretty anaemic tank without. You're probably not going to be able to perma an X-large but the idea is you pop an 800, get a couple of cycles and then repeat.
The point should be 28 or 30km. The ship has a nice falloff bonus so you may as well maximise that and kite with it. Will also help prevent you getting hard-tackled and DIAFing. Active tanking is awesome until it isn't and then your expensive lolboat will just melt. Therefore you need to be able to disengage and run away like a kiting pansy when the blob turns up which means not being in scram range.

Also note that this is quite a tricky ship to fly so I'd really give flying something else with an active tank a go to get your head around manageing cap, overheating stuff, popping 800s, running tank and everything else at the same time. Maybe a Cyclone?
