I have the Amarr Empire symbol on my shoulder. Looks awesome. While I commend your choice of genre, you could've found a better artist.

If I were to get an EVE tattoo it would probably be the Minmatar emblem, but that's just me. Nothing too big or too obvious, and Minmatar only because of their past in the game and what they represent.
OP, still nice tattoo if that's what you wanted and you're happy with it - gogo! :) Post a better pic as well once it's finished.
And people, most of the big tattoos are NOT finished in one day. + you can always repair almost ANY tattoo if you are unhappy with it. By repair I don't mean remove, but enhance visually :)

I like that you went with that ship hull, but damn man, that tatoo "artist" (for truly, it is in quotes because he only counts as an artist by default, at best) has ****ed up your arm man, damn. It looks bent in the middle, and the "detail" look like a set of smudges. Just stop going to him and pay for some laser.
