You did not hold the deadline. again.
Since you set the downtim to half an hour, it very, really very, seldom has been within this timeframe.
Most of the time, you are late 7 to 10 minutes - or longer.
10 minutes out of 30 is a third. This is not a good standard...

I work in the information technology business. and i have noticed it before.
Is there none monitoring and assuring quality management processes? The team has had enough breaks - and shut your mouth and concern your own real life.

Update @ 12:00 UTC. Tranquility downtime will be extended to 12:30 UTC. We will provide further details once we know more.
Update @12:25 UTC. Downtime will be extended by a further 30 minutes to 13:00 UTC. We are working on resolving these database issues as quickly as possible.
Update @ 12:35 UTC. The secure part of the website for account management has been taken offline while we fix the database issues.
Thanks for the updates CCP Navigator - i appreciate it.
But: i do not apreciate loosing my containers floating in space for the incompetence of the maintenance crew, sorry.
