Hey guys,
I did a search on this, and am having trouble with finding a definitive resource. I'm tired of looking, and dealing with this shoddy internet I'm sporting atm, so I just want to ask the community at large.
Is there such a thing as ice fields in 1.0 space or below? I ask because I found this page:

which says it's there but to TBH I can't recall ever seeing it there and I haven't found any other source to cross-reference it.
Is the page accurate?

Ice fields = 0.5 systems and lower. The only high-sec systems with ice belts are 0.5, that's why they are rare.

Incorrect. They are reasonably common. There are at least 12 in The Forge, for example.
Other examples of security level (I don't ice mine in The Forge):
Riavayed (Devoid) is 0.6
Gosalav (Domain) is 0.7
Dantan (Kador) is 0.7
Ombey's 2d EVEMaps look for the snowflake symbol.

I know there's at least 10-20 systems in Amarr that have them. I don't think they are in 1.0 - 0.8 systems. Usually 0.7 and below, but they are there.

careful where you get your information about ice fields.. some of it is outright wrong.. even CCP offered info like, "there are no ice fields in empire space" this is obviously not true but it has been written places. The best thing to do if you are serious about finding ice in high sec is get the eve maps.. DOTLAN or others have all the ice shown.. some of the belt will be in places guides tell you they shouldn't be.

Any system with a blue halo has an ice belt. makes sure to check the stations via the ingame universe map to make sure a good refining station is nearby.
