Sometimes its gonna happen that you put up a buyorder for something while you didnt realise that you dont have enough money for the whole order. (Marging trading skills allows you to do) Then, a random customer is gonna fill the whole order while the client realize that you dont have enough money for it. A popup will appear telling you that you dont owe the money for that transaction but without any specification which order it was. Due to the fact that you dont got the money for it, the order will be canceled and there the problem starts. How the **** do i ever know which order it was? I tried eveapi for marktorders because it has 6 different states for an order. open/active, closed, expired/fullified, canceld, pending, char deleted. A few months back i asked a gm and he told me it would be the orderstate expired/fullfied, but that doesnt help at all.
Anyone got an idea how i can find out which order got canceled?

Do it the long way. Orders prior to error - existing orders - filled orders (check transactions) = you're frack ups. Case closed.
If you come back with, "I have too many orders, there's no way I can remember them all!" Then I submit this, if you had to ask this question, you are too new to have reached that point.

Just make exports from your order status in My Wallet. I always import them in Excel or Access and make an overview. When a system / region or product suddently dissapears, I know it was that order.

I don't know if anyone has written an application to track cancelled orders, but you could certainly write your own. If you did not cancel the order manually and the order did not expire, then it must have been filled (transaction journal will indicate that it was filled) or it was cancelled because of insufficient funds.
