Again, - the patch will not download - and I must do it manually - so far it is not posted on this site - is it posted anywhere else?

Wow, Im manual patching, Im getting 300bytes per second! My friend with a T3 is getting 600bytes! Wow! :p
2 hours to download 6mb ?

As far as I can tell they don't have the new patch up to manually download yet. Give it some time.

there are patch`s there but the new 1 for today isn`t just all the old exodus patch`s stuff isnt it??...or have i missed something??

I think it's the one on the bottom of the page; EVE DOWNLOAD >> EVE PATCHES, but I'm not 100% sure.
Autopatching is working now for me. |

I finally find the current patch on the site - but its completely pointless. It was there, but no one took the time out to properly label it - one neeed to compar version numbers from your load up screen. Its downloading a 6.49mb file at 1.0K/s. Given the amount of random and frequent disconnects I get, I do not expect this file to download - because it not possible for me to stay logged into Eve longer than it will take to download this file. The page is here:

But the page is no longer loading. There can be no question that none of the subscription money goes to adequate server bandwidth rental. In exactly 10 minutes - I can rent a monthly server with 1-2 gigs per second for a mere $100. At max 12000 subscribers - only need a total traffic of 80 gig at most - temmporarily. The entire patch distribution should take no more than 2 minutes. |

Hello guys,
For all the people who said they found the proper patch, noone thought to name it. At any rate, I believe the patch we're using is at the bottom of the patch list on Eve-online.com/patches The name is "Patches version 2.03.3106 (Released 2004.12.16) to 2.04.3211 " Good luck trying to download it though, I too am having only a 2kbps transfer rate. Hope this helps guys.

well, I've never posted here before, but then again, i've never been so unimpressed with CCP. I've been trying, in vain, to download this 6mb patch for about 4 hours. Direct patch from eve client dosn't work, and if i try the manual patch download through IE, or Mozilla, the thing freezes at about 60k - I even waited an hour to see if it would pick up but no.
CCP I hope you will refund the player base for this wasted day.
Yes, I know that its probably quite a complex procedure on CCP's part doing a patch, and one I wouldn't even know how to start, but this is ridiculous. I've not been so unimpressed with any game update in the past. Please sort it out. Sharpish. |

I agree with u on that i have been off this game for 3 months and it looks like they down graded alot on servers and bandwith if this is so they need to make it known so people can keep this game running insted of letting it run it self down in the WHOLE LIKE MOTOR CITY ONLINE anyway anyone finsh downloading it yet????

I was in the "Patch Review" forum, and a person by the name of Waka posted this source for the patch... it took me a hair over 5 minutes to download, the link is http://eve.skjalfti.is/evepatch3106-3211.exe

And I doubt anyone at CCP would be stupid enough to come say "Hi" on the forums when people are this ratty. It's one of those lose-lose situations.
