-KINGDOM CERTIFIED NEWS-
A2-V27 - Querious / Kingdom Border
In a diplomatic ceremony held yesterday aboard the A2-V27 Outpost, representatives from Vanguard Imperium Alliance and the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive concluded several days of negotiations and signed a series of economic and military cooperation treaties.
These agreements pave the way for official cooperation between the two groups in the newly conquered Querious systems. In addtion to moving military and logistical assets into the theater, IRED has been granted several lucrative development contracts, including planetary colony redevelopment, mining rights in several systems, along with manufacturing and infrastructure development.
After the ceremony KPV Admiral Vitalia along with IRED Taisho Revenent were available to make individual statements.
Vitalia had this to say: "As Vanguard Imperium transitions from successful military expansion into a development and consolidation footing, we can think of no better organization to partner with to these ends. áMr. Revenent is a dear friend of mine and we have a long history of cooperation. We respect each other's methods and capabilities, and IRED has a long and proven track record for infrastructure and planetary development. The Vanguard's methods are quite well-suited for the conquering of space and the breaking of defenses, but winning the peace can often be a subtler task....we look forward to our new cooperation with IRED."
IRED chief executive John Revenent had this to say: "The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive has always strived to push forward in the development of security, infrastructure, and ensuring the economic growth in undeveloped systems. I have the utmost respect for the Khanid Provincial Vanguard, and there companions in the Vanguard Imperium.. I have no doubt that our combinde efforts will secure the area for further development."

Given the entirely explicit and open policy of the Khanid Provincial Vanguard when it comes to the subject of slavery, I really do look forward to the attempts by I-RED to explain how this is not an exercise in making money off the backs of slaves across the territories controlled by slavers and their allies.
I may say that I regard with revulsion the satisfaction with the Vanguard's methods of conquest, rapine and enslavement indicated by the 'Taisho' Revenent as he delights in the prospect of combining his own ruthless and mercenary methods with the monstrous strategies of the Vanguard.
I suppose there will still be those who will try to say that black is white and that the Star Fraction's consistent view of I-RED's morality is still wrong as wrong can be. Yet surely those with eyes to see can no longer put up with the fiction that I-RED has renounced slavery and co-operation with those who support and indeed extend its reach across the cluster?

Ahh good! I won the betting pool with some of my officers regarding how long it would take before some slavery drivel poked into the thread.
Don't worry your pretty little head, IRED aren't running slave procurement operations or raiding or anything that would keep you up at night; our new holdings are substantial and IRED maintains full executive control in the areas they will operate in. You can be assured they will run their operations to their own high standards, as they are free to do so.
But then again the Fraction paints any statist groups with the same broad brush so I'm sure to you it would make little difference between them managing a planetary colony to their own standards, or our own.
I'm sure you'd like to conveyy some sort of image of IRED standing atop the backs of the downtrodden slaves and whipping them to work harder but it's just not the case.
Then again if the Fraction feels so strongly about the conditions of our new subjects they are more than welcome to come and see to their care themselves.

That actually deserves my comment here, hilarious the fact that I also made money on the very same bet. And I even got the source right.
More on the thread, interesting developments.

I fear, size apart, my head is not particularly pretty unlike your own toothsome features, my dear.
As to bets about 'slavery drivel', I really think you should find new officers if they have not the wit to say 'no bet here' to the proposition you made. You're a slaver and an unreconstructed one at that. I understand that you imperialists don't like the topic coming up as it's deeply inconvenient to your efforts to gull other statists who are not so keen on outright slavery into supporting you or at the least passively allowing your depredations to continue. Alas for you! The topic is going to keep coming up so long as you and your ilk continue to support, promote and indeed carry out acts of enslavement.
In any event, I see you're trying to brush aside criticism of I-RED with the tired old excuse of compartmentalisation of operations that was trotted out by none other than the CVA when I-RED were still in good odour with the CVA. (You might want to examine with care other aspects of I-RED's record when it comes to them bunking up with Outer Worlds slaver imperialists, incidentally.) I just regard such claims that there is no linkage between providing investment, troops, 'development' and all the rest to an imperium run by slavers, and the maintenance of vast armies of slaves within that imperium as pure, unadulterated tommyrot.
Moreover, I'll be plain when it comes to I-RED and say this much: it is my view, shared I can say with some safety by most freecaptains, that the involvement of I-RED in your petty robber barony of slavers and wolfsheads actually increases the chances that the scourge of slavery will be felt on the backs of those caught up in the whole sordid cod-polity.

The Caldari continue to meddle in Amarr affairs, you should be ever watchful brothers and sisters of the Vanguard Imperium. This 'ally' only look to dilute our faith and loyalties to the divine empress, and her holy empire.
This Enforcement Directive has shown its ability to deceive followers of the faith in order to gain them wealth, and free the yet to be enlightened by sending them back into poverty stricken hands of the Republic.
Have faith sister Vitalia, God watches over your efforts. Not the efforts of the Caldari, enlighten them.

Ms Mishi,
To my knowledge and correct me if I am wrong on this Ms Vitalia, but the Vanguard Imperium is loyal to the Kingdom and King Khanid before the Empire and Empress.
Back on to subject at hand.

Myself personally usually place both King Khanid and the Empress on equal tiers since they are both equally important to me.

Your Unionist politics are not relevant to the topic of the thread sister, please take them to a more appropriate venue. I would be happy to discuss our viewpoints elsewhere.
Additionally, as you seem to be such a fervent supporter of the Empress, you might want to brush up on international politics over the last few years. Jamyl has pushed an aggressive agenda of cooperation and closer ties with the State. For example http://www.eveonline.com/news.asp?a=single&nid=2658 .
Additionally to that, we seem to continually be reminding people that the State and Kingdom have an extensive history of economic and military cooperation, the most obvious of which being the development of many of the Khanid Innovations vessels such as the Damnation, Curse, etc. That capsuleer groups continue this cooperation should surprise no one.

I hope you will forgive us taking pleasure in our continued victories Cosmo.
While our slave caste has certainly made an admirable effort in what weÆve been able to accomplish, letÆs not forget the greater percentage of non-slave workers and warriors who have given their lives to help secure and defend the Khanid borderlands. I salute all who have sacrificed for the betterment of the Realm.
I look forward to working with our friends in IRED to further the cause of Order and Peace.

I am a reasonable man. I am also Khanid to my bones.
This statement above fills me with such fury.
This pilot calls herself 'Servant of Khanid' in one breath, and says that we Khanid should be loyal to an Empire that we have rightly turned from. We Khanid are loyal to the Kingdom, and the State has always been a friend of the Kingdom.

Empress-King loyalty discussions aside...
I must congratulate both Vanguard Imperium as well as Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive on their achievement of ratifying an official and amicable relationship.
This is outstanding news, as I-RED has proven to be very honorable and reliable allies of Amarrian Loyalist capsuleer organizations. And it seems to me that KPV continues in securing successes, the Lord truly must be with you all.
They are an entity to watch out for. Admiral Vitalia and the Imperium are turning heads amongst loyalist organizations (in a good way). It may not be before long, that the Querious region becomes an icon of God's grace and blessing.
This is no doubt encouragement for all Faithful loyalist corps.

Agreed. I look forward to continued updates from the Querious front in the name of God and the work of His reclaiming.
It may be above my pay grade to suggest such a thing, but perhaps the combined powers of the Curatores Veritatis Alliance and Vanguard Imperium, great things have the potential to be accomplished. But then again, from a loyalist standpoint, I've only heard from KPV and the knights of kador on occasion. Is Vanguard Imperium as a whole, a loyalist organization?
Regardless, my congratulations. Executor Revenant is a well founded man of principle and efficiency, you shall find I-RED a valuable and worthy ally.

Khanid-Caldari collaboration has been a consistent breeding ground for truly great developments in the past. A diplomatic union between the Directive and the Vanguard ought to yield some interesting productive fruit. Congratulations. Edited by: Andreus Ixiris on 07/03/2011 16:03:31 Don't delude yourself into thinking we took any pleasure in it - I-RED have been good friends to us. But given their interest in the Intaki system, we cannot interpret their co-operation with the Vanguard Imperium, one of the most morally bankrupt organisations this cluster has ever produced, as anything other than inexpressably sinister. This is an option we took because we had literally no other choice, not because it was convenient or pleasureable to do so. I-RED's actions have become incompatible with the triad of Mixed Metaphor's ideologies as Federal loyalists, Mixed Metaphor's vision of the Intaki system's future and our vision of Federal co-operation with the State.
Nonetheless, it is nice to receive a compliment. Thank you. ----- Andreus Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor
