Firstly, I've used eve-agents, but I'm sure I missing something.
I'm currently running the level 2 Imperial Navy agents in Youl. I want to build my standings to run Navy level 4 agents. My problem is finding adequate lvl 3 and 4 agents to progress to that are in high sec. Everyone seems to be in low sec!
If I'm missing something I'm happy to be corrected. I'm sure there is a good route to Navy lvl 4s, given the armour hardeners we all love, but it's evading me at the moment!

Try Theology Council agents :) There is two lvl4 q18 and q13 ( when u get standings and skill for a decent ship) in Sasoutikh, which is pretty popular place :)

I'll look into those Starshi, but I was hoping to build up LP to get the Imperial Navy hardeners. I used the linked site but was surprised by the amount of Navy agents in low sec. To be honest, if I didn't think I'd bump my earnings with my nightmare against typical amarr-space npcs, I'd go back to Gallente space.

The Imperial Navy hardeners are available from other LP stores. Just have a look at this list of LP stores that carry either the Imperial Navy EANM or the blueprint to manufacture it. Feel free to use that site for other searches. ______________________________________________________ PVP is a question that has no one right answer but a lot of wrong ones. - Aelana Anais

Try Traroh Narouri in Taru, Tash-Murkon region once you can use high quality level 4 agents.
This agent is quality 20 and the system is not too busy. Close to Amarr trade hub also.

Goto http://evemaps.dotlan.net/ (impressive work from Wollari)
1. Select any Domain/Tash-Murkon/Kador/Kor-Azor 2. Upper right drop-down, select "NPC Kills (24h)" 3. Observe the heat map.
It won't typically show the exact system as the missions handed out are spread out between 1-3 jumps from system of origin. Just do a few simple mouse clicks on the nearby systems -> select Agents to list all the agents for a particular system.
To answer your question, Amarr Navy L3 are based in Ordion, a little bit out of the way from the main hubs. Low-sec within 3 jumps shouldn't be too much of an issue as majorit will probably be done in Misha (which DotLan confirms). The better answer, Amarr Navy isn't the best corp for L4 in Amarr when you include various other factors. |

I run amarr navy lvl 4's in Ebtesham. Close to Amarr system. it is a "personal" agent, so its what like...50% courier 50% blow stuff up? Theirs a lvl 3 agent in the system too, don't know what kind of agent he is tho. Your more then welcome to join me on some lvl 4's in eb, always enjoy a wingman.
