last night.. a new player friend of mine from SWG did his first set of non noob missions. in team speak he tells me the agent said i need help on this one. so i grab my destroyer and another 1 day old friend of mine race out to walk thru it with him. get to the jump and i go in first..... 1st thing i see is a crap load of red targets. still thinking its a lvl 1 mission i start targeting them.. 4 secs later im yelling over team speak GET OUT GUYS !!! they warpout i warp out no shields no armor.. i recover myself and repair.. then i make the worst mistake ever.. ok guys ill go back in target one and try to clear the entrance ...... 6 secs later i warp in to being webed... then booooom!!! and them being my friends they want to ninja loot my grar for me 1 goes in the other 1 sec after 1st guy takes half damage and warps out less than 4 secs after getting there.. 2nd guy is webed and then just like me boooom!!! these guys just started 1 ad 2 days ago .. they are loving it alot .. but this is a huge set back .. GM told us to do an OTHER pet and it will take us 3 days to get our stuff back IF we do.. would be niceto get my stuff and my ship back. :(

If you should be unlucky enough to lose your ship on a mission and you do not wish to give it another go follow these steps to get your kit back
1) bookmark the location of your can
2) go back to your agent and cancel the mission (this will make the rats dissapear)
3) warp back and help yourself to the can

I soloed the lv3 version its a ***** in a enyo the only thign you gotta worry about is getting webbed by the pisder drone with 3x moas shooting you 2x 75k 1x 150k named dude
the silo has a implant so you get about 10mil in bount+loot form the mission

Man this is a weird mission.
I've completed two lvl4 Extravaganzas so far, me and a friend both in Ravens.
The first one gave roughly 650 lp's and started out ok, the three first zones were semi-hard lvl4, just be careful, target groups one at a time etc.
We both had to reload after the first three (so 1200*2 torps spent so far)
Fourth zone was hard, groups with several BS etc. took some time but made it through beeing careful.
Fifth zone was a nightmare, we were warped in in locking range of a truckload of kyokans, webers, cruisers of all sorts and 6 BS. I warped with 30% armour left. And as soon as I warped they all targeted my friend and he warped soon after that :)
Took us three times after that to clear the last zone. One warping in first, acting as cannon fodder, shooting as long as possible before warping out. The other fireing while not targeted, and then hanging on as long as he could. And another full load of torps were spent by both of us.
Weird thing though: The scramblers didn't scramble...if they had, we'd been short two Ravens the first time in.
The second time I got it, this time around 500 lp's, we got together again, psyced up, headed out. Blew through it in notime - didnt see a single BS, a load of 100k+ cruisers in zone 5 that tested our shield boosters pretty good, but compared to my first time - a walk in the park.
Now I've gotten it for the third time, this time it gives 1250 lp's.....I realy hope this isn't an indication of the difficulty, but I'll report back with my findings. One Raven short or not....

One more thing. DrZukes time and money sound like our first run. Ship count a little high but then we didn't do the bonus Zone.

im currently on it, with 1600 LP's up for grabs and am really having a hard time soloing it. at the second stage there is 11 BS and its crazy, but to be honest im following the tips i have read and its almost working, im just taking 1 group at a time killing it and then leaving, this seems to work ok.
Just looking forward to the next few stages and my nice shiny pod i will be flying very soon

Well i finnaly finished mine, and i know i am going to get flamed for this and people tell me its a load of B S, however, i made nearly 50 million in bounties from it and it took me the best part of 5 hours solo.
I havent even considered looking into the special stage as i am happy with the isk from bounties
just hope i get a good faction standings gain for all this work

Me & a few other had to help a noob who had only been in the game 2 Days & he had to do a lvl 1 version of this mission...
In every room theier were curisers & other nasties like sopider drones, webbers & scrammblers.... & the noraml 6th room surprize, lucky I shield Tank 
But comon, talk about being thrown in at the deep end, the noob could only afford a condor, not the best ship for taking out Dread Pith Silencers & stuff

it seems that mission levels were mixed up with last patch. A corp mate got an important mission (she does level 2 Missions). It was a new mission i did not know. There wer 3 waves aof Amarr Navy ships. First wave contained 6 Amarr Navy Omen (and some friggs), 2nd wave an Amarr Navy Armageddon, some Mallers and friggs, last wave were 5 Mallers, 5 friggs, 5 Amarr Navy Apocalypse and 1 named NPC also in Apocalypse. Nice stuff for a level 2 important mission ;-)

I have just started doing this mission. I did not have time to finish the last 2 waves and I have a question
when I log back on after work to try and complete this in the 24 hours it gives me will they have respawned. I know that someone said the whole lot had respawned. I do hope this is not the case, otherwise it will make these types of missions difficult to finish.
I m doing the level 4 version of this, in a raven, so far its taken 3 hours even with help of a corpmate..
Could someone clarrify if they will respawn completly or just 1 or 2 of them?

lvl 4 GE solo now takes 2-3 hours.
tips:
2x kinetic and 1x thermal hardeners
bypass the 2nd lvl!! yep you can go straight through to lvl 3 missing out 11 BSs and friends.
bonus lvl. tank the sentrys dont shoot them. head over to the loot can and get yourself a few lrg mods/guns and 1 or sometimes 2 dread gurista items. nice.
when arriving at a new level, only shoot the ships that target you. then take out 1 group at a time.
dont shoot sentries, this only upsets the entire level of enemies (excluding the hvy missle batteries on lvl 4. take these out first.)
one warp-out to re-arm. and your done.
personally i think silence the informant solo is much harder than this mission.
gl and dont forget the bonus lvl!!

it seems if the sentries are right at the gate, and if they aggro by themselves u can safely shoot them w/o the whole stage aggroing u
also why is the LP so low from ppl are talkin about? 1200lp? i usually get 4600+lp for this mission...
