I could do that, but I recommended to SH to get someone else to verify it since I am holding collateral. That way it avoids a conflict of interest.

Just got off work, so thats why the delay...
If I had done that, SH would have had his collateral back and we still would have no way to verify the investor received his ISK other than my word.
edit: right now I still have the collateral. I could do the API check to verify ISK was sent, but then we are back to my last post.

Then in 2 weeks the investor turns up and says he never received any ISK.
For all we know, the last investor lives in Japan and is unable to log on.
I've mailed SH to send me his API and we will go from there.

Don't worry, I don't make manual API calls, and I don't know of a program that pulls the mail API.
As far as the payouts go. 4.18 billion ISK was transferred to rig seller on 3/10/11 in 2 transactions (1 for each of his offerings).
I'm still awaiting confirmation from SH to send his collateral back or hold it for his next offering if he wants to secure it.
