Last night after losing my ratting ship to stupidity, I compounded the problem with my faction probe ship scooping the loot.
Sending in a 100M frigate into a site that just popped a 1370 tank drake was stupid. LOL

I got really drunk and went on a solo roam through low sec in my cloaky Tengu. Only a few jumps into my roam 'lo and behold I find a hauler sitting at a Customs Office, afk. Sweet! Easy first kill of the night! Boom it goes down like butter, with a volley of Heavy Assault Missiles. But what's this? Someone is attacking me! And WTFPWNING me. It is Concord!
It turns out that CCP snuck a single .5 sec system into my 12 jump lowsec roam.
****, I need to scoop my Tengu's wreck asap, before that AFK carebear gets it. And might as well grab the hauler's PI loot at the same time. Cool, there's a few Badgers in system I can buy. So I buy one of the Badgers quickly scoop all the loot (HAHA!). And hightail it back to nullsec.
I wake up the next day, with a serious hangover and login. My wallet seems much lower than it should be. WTF? Hmmm, it appears that Badger I purchased was purchased for the low low price of 556 million ISK. L-O-L

Lol, made 34 jumps through Null sec with an IAC fleet of several hundred other ships, sat at a gate for over two hours getting drunk and waiting for the word to move through the gate and attack. Misread a fleet command and jumped through the gate right into the waiting arms of a BoB Titan. KaBoomy.

I got a decent one, that could have ended in tragity.
Scanning down my first wormhole (I was looking for low sec grav sites)
I was like "OOO a Worm Hole, OMG I've never been, Let's jump in there and see what it's like."
So I jumped in, and decided to warp to the sun, and then to the planets, and then to a few moons. I knew I had to do something with D scan to stay safe, so I did a 360 degree scan and Picked up a few battlecruisers, hulks and a Roquel. YIKES Time to leave....wait....where is the exit? OMG THERE ARE NO GATES HERE...OMG I LEFT MY SCAN PROBES IN LOW SEC.
The WH inhabitants where very friendly, after explaining myself to them it only cost me 10 mill for them to show me the way out.

Accepted an arc mission in a system a few jumps further than I ussully go, but no big. I warp to the mission... WTF? These guys hit hard... Oh crud, I'm in a faction space that I have less than -5 with, and it is the Navy pounding me... Bye bye 200 million ISK missioning ship. Hey corpmate, can you go pick up my loot?

While flying from Dodixie to Khanid, I decide to take a bio and fire up the auto pilot while I'm away.
I come back to the harsh reminder that you always check that the auto-pilot's set to 'safer' rather than 'shorter' before you step away...

Lost hulk in 0.5 to rats recently. I was AFK mining in a belt and watching hulu, got distracted for few minutes then came back and now I'm sitting in a capsule. The local had few lolz at my expense and of coarse fellow miners looted my wreck.

Always fun when you come back and notice the next jump is a little orange dot and your auto pilot is jumping just as you reach the keyboard and mouse lol...of course there's always a camp on the other side too...

I was getting my carrier set up... decided to buy a freighter and get all my cap mods, fighters, drones, fuel, T2 tigs, etc... in one go from Jita to one jump out of my destination system (0.5 Sec Status) and just haul it the last jump quickly in a Badger... Forgot to set auopilot to "safest", went to McDonalds... Lost 3.5Bil of stuff and had my corp Rag me about it for 3 years :)

i think i can beat this ... one friday night after a rather hectic day amounting to a rather heavy session down the pub ...i somehow managed to refine 18 months worth of 0.0 loot ...including all the named stuff ....... gutted !

First time doing worlds collide. I had previosuly done maybe 30 level 4 missions so I was confident I didnt need to read mission specific guides. I begin to do the mission and it took me maybe 1hour and 30 minutes to get to the final room. This should have been a warning to me that there was trouble a head. I just assumed tho it was a mission i wasnt doing the proper damage ( darn hybrids ). So i jump into the third room and shoot a rat not shooting at me.
If you've never done worlds collide this wont seem like a big deal but it will be come more clear later as to why it is. The entire room agros me. My megathron pops and im gone. I come back with a dominix with three large armor repairers and 1 hardner for each of the two main types of damage.I had intedened to salvage my wreck. I have a 600 tank. The dominix pops. I realize ill never get that loot back and lost maybe 200mil. >< |

ive been around since release so i have a few but one im still not over is;; some guy in motsu was on about 1vs1 frig fights while i was missioning and i got all excited and fricking brought a punisher for 250 mill by accident.. i lost the 1v1 too >:[ FML

10 secs later i popped to concordokken. Yeah forgot i was in hi sec.
Best lols i had was surviving 20jump autopilot in a raven.
Cooking took a little longer than i expected :P

Imagine a PVP school where I am Fc'ing a gaggled of noobs on their first Low Sec Frigate roam.
Fc tells them to engage a target in a belt.
Frigate fleet takes aggression.
FC critiques the engagement and pats people on their backs [Noobs are happy]
5 min later Fc warps the gang to a gate forgetting that his gang still has aggression. 
Popcorn anyone?

Was on my alt in a kiting rail Proteus in a Machs mission in low sec. Was decloaked and got stuck on some space debris. No transverse velocity, the Mach made quick work of me.

I undocked in my carrier once in low sec to make a logistics jump. Was also at the time surfing ****. tabed to my **** while waiting for my timer. lost track of time and managed to drift from station and got hotdropped while i was pleasuring myself. Tabed back to an empty staton.
I had a great time exept the carrier loss.

Running away from a gang chasing us. Clicked "Warp to" the wrong gate, and straight back onto a Domi and a Curse, with the rest of their gang waiting the other side. That cost a Deimos.
Drunk ratting. 1 neut in local, no problem. 30 seconds later, hmmm there are 3 now, better move... oops I seem to be pointed. That cost an Ishtar.
Almost getting toasted by an AB/Missile Incursus in my Taranis, because I forgot to change from spike to AM. I was giggling like a schoolgirl, and a corpie in a Sabre had to come and help me kill it... :)

Few weeks back out on a roam with a couple corp mates in an dual rep armour cain.
we engage a random person that jumped into us in low sec. we decide to warp off to wait out agression before continuing. My ship takes an age to aligne and warp. I coment on voice when i hit half armour something like "This is going to be embaressing poping to gate guns". Corp made replys "Don't you have reps on that thing".
I litraly face palmed before I activated my reppers and warped off.
CCP: destroying the game we love 1 nerf at a time.

First time I got scrammed by NPCs in a Level 3 mission, lost my trusty Harbinger. Had no idea how to identify the scrammer and randomly started shooting them all. I went down fighting.
Got my other account over to the scene in my trusty Purifier to pick up the Harbinger wreck/loot (all T1, lol) only to be de-cloaked by the ****ing beacon upon entering, scrammed again, boom goes the not-so-trusty-anymore Purifier. Doh! /o\

After flying for over 2 hours in lowsec and looking for targets I was bored to hell and didn't pay attention. After spotting a hauler on a gate I follow him not paying attention to anything because I wanted at least one kill that day, shoot him on the other site and notice that I'm goin down REALLY fast. You'd guessed it, the donut boys came really quick to the haulers rescue.
At least I reacted fast enough to bail my Loki before I lost a skill... still 700 mil lost on this day. Was ****ed for a week at this, but at least now I always double- check the system I jump in

IT was my first ever time doing pvp. Alliance got a war dec from some random greifers, although not many good pvpers or anything like that on our side.
So we hear of a small fleet forming, we form one ourself about 10 people in T1 frigs -> BCs against a mainly BS gang from our war targets.
Heart gets going as we see a local spike of war targets. FC says warp to XXX gate, click warp and off i go in my fail fit dessy (i thought it would be a good pvp boat at the time)
Land on the gate, lots of flashing red, FC calls a target, i dunno what 'primary' means so i lock up some random cruiser and hit f1.
Nothing Happens
I had forgoten to bring any ammo......

LvL4 missions two losses on the same nightà
Brought my alt in to salvage, had a re-spawn, forgot she was there and lost a Noctis.
Later that night my main got multi scrammed n webbed and was getting smashed with full room aggression. Managed to get out but didnÆt bother reppin the armor damage before heading back in. same thing happened again. killed the scrammer but too lateà boom! bye bye Loki. Could have jumped alt 1 system to fetch reppin boat after first scare but didnÆt bother. A very dumb and very expensive night.
Over a year ago out mining in my hulk and a frig kept taking from my wrecks. Not a problem but he kept coming back so decided to rig the hulk for frig death. He came back again and took from a wreck so I targeted him hit web n scram and launched drones but they wouldnÆt engage??? Took a few moments to realise I was attacking the chunk of omber I was miningà did you know you can scram and web roids? The frig didnÆt go anywhere so I got a second chance.

2 of them - one the same as Grendel although its only been two years for me...
the other was when I'd been playing for about a week and my new corp decided to do some low-sec stuff, so I thought I'd join in. Jumped all the way from Caretyn to N8XA (29 jumps) on autopilot, and got there without a scratch. It was only when I told my corpies about it, that I realised what I'd done.
About 9 months later wanting to bring that clone out of low-sec, it got podded within about 5 seconds of undocking lol

When I was new and shiny my friends took me along to a high level mission. Afterwards, they were fooling around and shooting each other, and I thought that was cool....so I targeted one of them and opened fire and was immediately alarmed, then mystified by the next 30 seconds of mayhem and utter confusion.
They loled hard and said I had to be in the same corp as them to do that.
Then last night I was trying to provide intel on a sneaky red in system, but everywhere I looked for him he was gone. Figured he must be cloaked up, but a few minutes later I realized I was using overview settings and was in my navigation window and not my combat window. No losses but one has to feel fairly stupid for helping the enemy outfox themselves.
