As previously mentioned in this forum, I have been hired to sell a Cerberus Heavy Assault Cruiser Blueprint Origonal. The Blueprint has Mineral Efficiency : 0 and Production Efficiency : 1 The screenshot of this will be forthcoming as soon as it is freed from the Lab later today.
Any questions regarding this sale can be made here, or at my NEOCOMM address in pod @ Sammira of [DS] Sales and Haulage, and I will respond to your queries in a likewise fashion.
In order for isk to be marshalled for this purchase, the Auction itself Begins on Sunday 6th February at 23:59 and will run until Sunday 13th at 0:00, one week from the start of the auction.
Please note that in-thread bids only will be accepted once the auction starts. Also, no bids from Alts (< 3 months old) will be accepted as serious bids unless from a well know or respected corporation to back them up.
Blind Auction** Finishes: Until Sunday 6th February at 23:59 (see fineprint)
Blind Auction Starting Bid: 6 billion isk
Ownership Transfer: Transfer will be in Secure Empire space above 0.5 security. Exact location details will be arranged with the winning party through myself. I will take delivery of the BPo and the isk and transfer to both parties involved.

Up until the auction begins on Sunday 6th February at 23:59, on behalf of my client, I will be entertaining in-game Bids for a pre-auction "buyout", which my client has set at 6 billion isk. This will take the form of a blind-auction. Please be aware that the "buy-out" option will go to the bidder who has the highest in-game buy-out bid at Sunday 6th Febraury 23:59. For example: if X enters a buy-out of 6 billion isk on Friday prior to the auction, Person Y enters a bid of 7 billion isk on Saturday prior to the auction and Z enters a buy-out of 6.5 billion isk on the Sunday prior to the auction then prior to the Auction, Person Y will have won the BPo at a cost of 7 billion isk and the Auction will be completed early.
Please be aware that no communication will be made with bidders regarding the bids of other clients for any reason. All clients who make pre-auction bids have their anonimity respected. This option has been made to people who wish to purchase the Blueprint quickly without attention being brought to themselves. This is part of the service I provide in addition to gaining the best deal for my clients.
If no buy-out bids are made prior to the auction starting, then the buy-out will be fixed at 7 billion isk, and the first person to bid this after the auction starts, gains the Blueprint.
Also, please note that I know that this is a long auction, but it is to ensure maximum coverage and sale oppertunity for my client as he has instructed.

Would all bidders and prospective bidders please be aware that under no circumstances will [DS] Sales identify the bidders, or the bidding amount of your competitors in the blind auction portion (prior to Sunday 6th at 23:59) of this sale.
I repeat, no information will be divulged, in game bids taken prior to Sunday are in the strictest confidence. As such, several bidders have already been politely rebuffed. You will just have to take the chance with your bid being higher than that of your competitors who are intersted in this Blueprint.

Remember citizens, the highest bid in game at 23:59 will have won ownership of this Tech 2 Cerberus class Heavy assault Cruiser Blue Print original.

Indeed, that is one of the problems with a hidden auction, but I must say that replying to questions here as well as via eve-mail allows me the oppertunity to move the sale better into public sight.
A hidden auction can difficult to run, but seems to be progressing nicely for those who are intersted in the Cerberus HAC Blueprint Original.

Silent pre-Auction bids end at 23:59 on Sunday.
Please note, entering a bidding "range" is not permissible. (ie 6-8billion)
Interested parties are reminded to bid with a single figure (ie 6 billion or 8 billion). Intersted parties who bid with a range this will be contacted to confirm their actual bid. If they do not respond, their maximum limit will be taken as their actualised bid.
The winning party, as well as unsuccessul bidders will contacted via eve-mail after 23:59.

now I did read the auction rules and thought they were quite good...
but.... did I completely misunderstand it, or did you not say that the silent auction had a starting bid of 6bisk - (which was exactly the reason for me not entering it).. and then endet up selling at 5b ???..

Indeed. My apologies for any confusing items in my last post, I will endevour to clear those up.
Firstly, Seramis, I modified the initial posting after the blueprint had been sold, but confirmation of the sale had not been yet made, removing the actual bid aspect that would have occured had the silent auction not been won. My apologies if this has confused you, I can send you a copy of the actual auction details that would have been in place had the Blueprint failed to sell before Sunday if you wish as I did do quite well out of this contract with 1.5% of the final sale price. 
Secondly, as was already pointed out by several nice people, the bid price of the winner was 5 million *above* his nearest competitor, thus garnering him the blueprint. I am not at liberty to discuss the actual sale price, bidders, winner or the client.
The sale was confirmed on Monday evening at around 18:00 hours eve-time and transfer took place at around 23:00 hours eve time with the addition bonus of a number of Tech II Caldari construction components for the Cerberus being added to the winners Escrow in appreciation for his bid by my client.
I have personally contacted everyone who bid and expressed interest in this auction and thank you once again for your time.
