I was in the test area no more then 10 minutes i was with some one testing a hulk at close range and got attacked by another person. Nicholai III
The person blew up my ship and that i was not worried about and i was still by the station and it tends to happen sometimes. but then they proceed on to pod kill me with out any consent to and before that never got my consent to shoot me either.
I tried to contact them and at that point i was not aware that pod killing was now aloud but i read that it still falls into the consent part of the rules and so address it to them that the rule of attacking another is under consent only in the test area. i was not as Curtice as i should have been as the rude and arrogance of the other came back as a i don't care manor. If i had known that pod killing was aloud i would not have posted as rudely as i did in my first replay but hear is an accounting of the messages exchanged.

It was at Cap rotation, not Station. So what you you lost a ship that costs 100 isk at the station, and why didnt you just get a clone there. Blocked.

i never gave consent for you to target or shoot me so there for it is a breach of the general test server rules and it was also at the station area. you want to be a **** do it some where else.

Rule violation reporting sticky with rules on how to report.

1. Wrong thread to post this in
2. Pod killing is allowed
3. 6-CZ is a FFA (except at station/gates)
4. No combat at station/gates, consentual or not
5. Cap rotation is on the same grid as station, and is thus considered part of the no fighting on station rule
