If you have the capability to run more than one account you make far more money running two mission ships at the same time than you do running a mission ship and a salvage boat.

The only variable it really depends on is how much SP the alt has, and especially since sized rigs were introduced the value of salvage has plummeted, it doesn't take much to get more isk/hour than you would salvaging by just running another mission. Or hell, even running the SAME mission, an RR domi takes very little time to train, adds several hundred DPS to your gang AND can salvage while you mission. |

Thats not it at all.
If you have access to an agent who will drop 7k-8k LP for a simple mission you will make more isk per hour rushing the mission on one account than running and salvaging on 2 accounts.
