What is the proper protocol when attempting to sell a wormhole?

1.List the J number of the system.
2.List class of wormhole and what static it has.
3.List what plannets it has ( for PI)
4.List a general count of sleeper annoms/gravs/ladars/mags/radars.
5.List any structures that will be sold with the system (if any)
6.List price and terms of sale.
7.List 3rd party seller with a good reputation ( if ur gonna use one)
8.Profit

How do you know what static it has?
Used to you'd have to scout it for a week at a time by staying there and probe out every sig every day. Complete PITA it was. Now, you've got a number of online databases which out mode all that time and effort just by having the locus (J######).
TBH, you don't even need to list #'s 2, 3, 4. The locus will take care of it all with the appropriate db's. But I'm sure it looks nice for a sale.
#4 is outright unnecessary as any anomalies in the system at the time of discovery are dynamic and will of course dissipate when structures are placed. Most likely, by the time you sell the WH, the anomalies you listed will have changed anyway.
