Why not all faction ships are available for testing? Why in C-6 faction shps are almoust unavailable? We want to test Bhaalgorns, Rattlesnakes and all kind on Imperial/Navy Issue hulls, so why not to deploy em like Machariels, Cynabals, Dramiels & Nightmares? People! Type + if you want the same!

You seem to have something wrong there.
What the testserver is: a testenvironment where players can help CCP test new features for bugs and balance issues.
What the testserver is not: a place where you can "test" cheap and available, already tested, balanced and TQ released faction stuff.
I'm not saying that players don't do it, but CCP should certainly not encourage it. Don't know why e.g. nightmares are still seeded with each mirror, but they need to go.

Because making Singularity usefull ONLY to find server bugs is really the way to go in order to attract more people to it.
You have 10 people activelly testing the **** out of every single in-game mechanic with every patch, and they find a lot of bugs;
You also have 150 people running personal tests on fittings and tactics, and these also come by a lot of bugs.
You're telling me that these 150 people don't help?

bump to the guy above me. so true. the people who say "it's only for current testing" don't know how effective releasing a product to the technologically clueless consumer base helps in finding bugs LOL.
if you think about it since the internet era, the amount of open betas available has risen substantially over the years. weather it be as a "perk" for buying the game early, or as a free test of an MMO. the reason they do this is not only for publicity, but also because 500 normal people (not devs) playing the game in their normal ways will test the game A LOT better than say 10 or so developers. each new person brings a new way of playing, and new ways to exploit, glitch, break, and destroy a game. with this the developers have their work cut out for them by being able to so easily find bugs without much cost.
all they have to do to get this is attract a lot of people to the test server.

Because very few will test fits people actually use on Tranquility when everyone and their dog's mother has access to effectively unlimited faction hulls (which also won't be tested realistically unless at least deadspace-class mods are also seeded).
