Well in all honesty, if you bring a blob, I don't see why you would expect anything short of massive lag fests.
That said, Eve does need a core rewrite to deal with all of this, the current fixes to it unfortunately only puts patches on a tumor. The core system needs a fundamental redesign.

I tried to jump into 020 an hour before downtime. Grid barely loaded but nothign worked corectly. remtoe call monitor stacked commands. I gave up. I tried to login immediatly after downtime. I started logging in when timer showed 3 seconds. I was black screened for half an hour and gave up. Closed the client. So far today I have been awake for 2 hours and spent 1 of those staring at black screens, waited half an hour during a downtime, and the other 30 i walked away from the pc.
I check the killboards and my cap is dead. Aparently it died over half an hour after I gave up tryign to log in.
FIX THE GAME. NOTHING WORKS. WE PAY YOU MONEY TO PLAY AND THIS GAME AND DOZENS OF THINGS DONT WORK !!!!!!!!!!

its funny. We had a good fight before the downtime local reaching 1800. but after the downtime nothing works, absolutely nothing. Local is only 1200 and every single command (even the corp chat) has a latency of 30 minutes, not seconds.
What happened CCP? Did you move the extra hamsters to Jita node?

Remember when fleet fights lagged at 200 in local? Might not seem like much but progress is being made.

ofc I understand. but this is complete crap that you have to "Guess-estimate" hows the node is going to do today.
Now the local is under 1000 (a medium number by our counts) and still everything is completely frozen.
And one more funny thing, you can see people warp / chat / jump in realtime (I watched my alt warp and jump), but your outgoing request are lagging for those 30 mins.

btw, this one time i had my friend build me a boat. hes pretty smart but he isnt god, so he made a boat that could only carry my weight + 20 kilos.
over the summer i got pretty hungry. i started eating lots of doughnuts and cakes, and icecream... oh man i like icecream. long story short i now weight 60 kilos + the 50 i put on. so the other day i decided to take the boat out on the lake. my friend told me that he would try his best to get the boat to carry my new found flesh, but he cant do that overnight.
im a bit of an impatient guy though so i take the boat out on the lake and the results are obvious. i started abusing him and threatening to take legal action. now he doesnt want to fix my boat =(
life is just so unfair.
also in at the same time as me.

No crying or whining here 
I was in the bad books with my Mrs because I got up early on a Sunday Morning to play a stupid game, as she calls it,(yeah,I actually have a life outside of eve, enough of a life to have a wife,kids and grandkids)
So while trying to log into 020 before DT I had time to make reparations to my wife by making her breakfast in bed, got me back in the goodbooks a little, by the time she had finished her breakfast, I had loaded grid, joined fleet and got on a couple of titan kills and an SC I think.
After DT I tried to log in, but tbh 2000 people trying to log into the same system at the same time, well thats not going to go well 
So while waiting, my daughter asked for a lift to town, took her, came back, still black screen, now my Mrs is asking me to take her shopping, might as well, because
a) Still got black screen
b) Will ensure I'm in her goodbooks
So I'm not whining about lag, it's helping my RL, and if I come back to find I'm in a new clone in station, well hell, beats a black screen

It took me bloody 90 minutes to recall my bombers. Local is now at 875, and I've been waiting 40 minutes to jump out. There is no shooting going on in system, there is no combat. This system has a smaller population than Jita, and we sit here for hours trying to log out so we can go to bed. But we can't just log, because people who logged over an hour ago are still ongrid waiting to die...

Well, that is true... But by fleet fights, they mean Fleet vs Fleet, and a fleet is 251 members.

No. It falls into soul-crushing lag up to 40-50-60 minutes, and mostly who jusp into system will be blackscreened until DT.

The game is made to favor blob. Problem is, each time they introduce a fix to handle more people in a system the blobs become bigger and bigger to the point the system can't handle more. And you end up in a circle of death, unless the game mechanics change this **** will keep happens.

this one time my mother told me i was the brightest boy in all the world. when i got to grade 1, for some reason my results seemed avarage. i was puzzled.
my mother again told me i was the brightest boy in all the world. blindly knowing my mother would never lie to me, i assumed the tests were mistaken.
when i got into grade 6 my teacher told me i might need to repeat a grade because i was far behind. i cried and asked my mother why this was happening to the brightest boy in the world. again my mother reassured me and again i believed her.
at senior school all my teachers said i did reasonably well for my what i had to work with. though i never admitted it this hurt me greatly, but i did not consult my mother.
finaly at university i walked into a class and assumed i was among the least gifted in my group. my mother still believes me to be the brightest star.
what you believe does not always matter. what is true can be pretty damned inescapable.
