Ok for people that either have a smal small corp or live solo in a wh what are the things you do for proffit and what are the things you do so you can find your way back (assume you are not dual boxing) The only things I can think of are:
Profitt: (how much proffit can be expected from doing the following in a C1/C2
P/I Mine Rat
Things to have: A prober alt in the WH at all times

-PI -about 1 bil per month
Been there for 6 months. There is also another guy that has a large POS there. I never meet him. Don't know if he knows that I'm there.

You need astrometrics II, cloaking I, jury rigging I, and the prereqs for those. You dont need an alt account or to dual box for any of that, just a couple days to train your alt (on your single account).
Once you have that, you can never get locked out unless they lose their ship.
1 drake 1 hulk 1 salvager 1 probe 1 gas miner
Profit will vary. you get 2.5 nanoribbons average per site. Grav sites have 200mil-1bil worth of high end ore. Ladar sites have aprox. 25 mil in gas per site on average.
Copy slots are beast for profits. .

Well crap, didn't see he double posted.
Hi, I've been living in Class 1 and then Class 2 wormholes for over a year now. I have a small corp and a bunch of alts that we run, so my numbers may be inflated, but we're also casual gamers, so it balances out.
PI: I run four or five characters for POS Fuel, and sell the excess. I make about a bil a month when I get out to Jita. I haven't made any serious effort to maximize my profits from PI other than to fuel my POSes.
Mining: I have a Rorqual for compression and can run nine hulks at once. You're only going to make as much as the number of grav sites that spawn, and you WILL end up outmining them. I only sell megacyte, zydrine and nocxium. I keep the rest to make carriers and such.
You can expect anywhere from 1 bil to 5 bil a month in mining, based on how many grav sites you spawn and if you can fully mine them out. AND based on how many times you are interrupted by combat probes.
Sleepers: This also depends on your wormhole. It seems some are faster spawners than others, mine averages four combat sites a day, and drops off near 20. My other Class 2 is currently at FIFTY combat sites. I expect to make about 3 billion from the 50 combat sites.
Per month is always a case by case basis, but if you clear your sites once a week or so, you are probably looking at 1-3 bil a month, again, depending on spawn rate and people other than yourself clearing some.
For more info, I have a blog at Wormholes, Asteroids, Profit!
Hope you find this useful! Fly safe, and always Scan

I run 4 accounts so I know it's beyond what you're looking for.
Even with 4 accounts I have one true alt that is my safety net in case tragedy strikes. He's in a covert op scanner, far away from my pos.
PI - Since the changes I only run about 50% of the time. Don't feel like putting the effort in. Mine - Grav sites are sparse but worth it, when bored some Anomalies have ore to scoop up. Rat - Every site that comes up. This is major isk. Gas - Easy and quick. Not super profitable, but profitable. BP's - Can easily keep a few labs running at peak efficiency (ME/PE/Copy/Invent) Manufacturing - Small things needed or easily transported out. Most T2 would require you to bring all the moon-goo products in, so this wouldn't be the best place for it.

I've never actually put a BP in a POS Lab (always ran out of corp offices), so I may be wrong.
But if the tower got put into reinforced, wouldn't the labs shut down and everything become inaccessable? Then when it does get killed, all the BPs will be gone. Easy way to lose a lot of ISK. ...Then when you stopped to think about it. All you really said was Lalala. |

With all of the PI skills to 4 on three characters you can pretty easily manufacture robotics and make over a billion a month at current prices, and sustainably enough you really don't need to worry about depletion. It requires you to log in maybe once every two days and spend about an hour moving stuff around and resetting processors. Robotics are small enough you'd only have to ship out once every 10 to 12 days to keep up. Furthermore, prices keep going up. I'd go for this first if you have no other skills otherwise.

Wormspace Life Rule #1 - Don't take in anything you aren't willing to lose.
I don't take in any BP's that would hurt me financially to lose. Generally I don't have any in there that cost more than a few million.

Do I need to post a complete dissertation to explain the logical difference between the financial impact of having to replace a Veldspar Mining Crystal Blueprint compared to having to replace a Phoenix Blueprint? Notice that when I posted that statement I used the word "hurt" not "impact" or "affect". Yes, there is a difference.
And I really hate saying things like this, but if losing a 90,000isk blueprint "hurts you financially" then you fail at EVE.... Just sayin'

It's subjective is the point of course. IMHO if you cant afford to lose a billion ISK BP and live in a WH you fail at EvE. .
