My eve loses connection about a minute after connection to the server.
This has been going on for about a month now. Because of midterms, I did not complain until now. Anyone one know what the problem is; Is it the socket error thing?
I just want to play, can anyone help me?

What operating system are you running?
If win Vista/7, click "start" > type "cmd" > press enter
Then in the command prompt, type "ping google.com -t" and then go abouts playing EVE. When/if you get disconnected, look at the cmd window and see if it failed to ping google. This should give you an idea if it is a connection issue on your side that is an ISP issue.

Having same issues since two days, get disconnected every 2/5min with no reason, I'm cleaning some DED in 0.5/0.6 so not overcrowded (about 20 to 50 people max). Drivers updated firewall and AV conf for eve.exe etc, just loosing connexion to the server.

Same problem here. I left a ping active while playing and saw that there are often lost packets. I don't have any problems with other sites/servers. It all started two days ago..

EVE is immensely sensitive to dropped packets. So you need to get hold of your ISP, or check your router/modem/line filters.
