Nothing unusual on this thread for a patch day however I feel some of the whiners have been unanswered and deserve a response really :P the posts IÆm talking about is those asking for refund/compensation for the downtime, normally some smarty pants throws out some simple maths to explain what they would be entitled to resulting in just a few cents, please oh please can someone post that message with the calculations I love it :)
OH WAIT I HAVE TIME HERE GOES
$15 per month x 12 months = $180
$180 divided by 365 days in a year = 0.49 cents per day
0.49 cents divided by 24 hours in a day = 0.02 cents per hour
Downtime at worst going to be 10 hours
10 hours x 0.02 cents = 0.20 cents refund due, mail me your paypal account and IÆll send it right away :)

not really you shoudl read the EULA where it states downtiem occurs for scheduled maintenance and you accept this when you subscribe to the game you love so much which is why you still play it :)

For those whiners heres tutorial for you to consider
1. Hit the EVE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT button over there <<<<< on the left
2. Login
3. Click Subscription details
4. Hit the Cancel Subscription button
End of problem, have a nice life :)

CCP reports reason for delay is becuase they are laughign there asses off at the wall of humor rather than focusing on the patch :) lets all be quiet for 1 hour and let them report on this thread as intended haha what a perfect world

First 3 pages = realistic comments
Next 5 pages = whiners askign for update from CCP

Final 20 page = people moanign i still cant get online but i have the patch
Final Page = hmmm if your still reading you didnt realise EVE was finally back up and running
