Welcome,
I would like to propose a bussines deal. For those interested in not making fast isk, but a steady flow of isk. Its actually pretty simple, what i am offering.
You invest an amount of isk, 100mil/200/mil/300mil/400mil/500mil. Nothing above or beyond that, for now, to keep it easy to track everything. I will invest this isk, on the market and make profits with it. I will guarantee you a 10% payout each month. This means if you invest 100mil you'll get 10 mil each month. (always on the first day of the next month) This deal will go on for a year, wich at the end of the year will give you a total of 20% more isk. For example, you invest 100mil, get 10 mil each month, after 12 months you have 120mil. (20 mil profit) For now i will not go above 500 mil investment, in the future this might be possible. Just see this as a good savings account with lots of interest.
Whats in it for me you ask? All profits above the 10% a month i will keep as a fee.
Do you run any risks? Ofcourse there are risks, but i will guerantee the 10% payout each month.
What means do i have to make this happen? I have a freighter and a jump freighter available for this, so i will buy in bulk for cheap and sell at higher prices somewhere else. That is the plan, as i said, pretty simple.
If you want to praticipate you can do two things: 1- send isk to corp: North Star Elements, also give as reason: investmentplan 2- Convo me ingame, i will give further information if you want.
Summary: Invest 100/200/300/400/500 mil, get a 10% payout each month and at the end of the year you will have a 20% profit on your investment, after wich the deal expires.
If you have any questions, just ask, but as i said before its a pretty simple plan, and i guerantee the 10% payouts.
Hope to do bussiness soon

What's the maximum limit of total investment money that you'll take? 10 Billion? 100 Billion? Can you make 10% on 500 Billion?

For now the max is 500 mil, in the future it might me more, but i have to see where this goes. Reason its a little low, so i can guarantee the 10% even if i make a little loss, i can fill it up with my own isk, so nobody will feel like they lost anything. 10% on 500 bil will be dificult to achieve every month though

can i hear a lol somewhere?
This deal will go on for a year, wich at the end of the year will give you a total of 20% more isk. For example, you invest 100mil, get 10 mil each month, after 12 months you have 120mil. (20 mil profit)
so basicly your giving an investor 20% profit for a year's bond? either your having a laugh with this or you've worded your investment plan ludicruously wrong.
even if you clarify this statement i think you have 0 chance of getting any investors.

Not really a good question. He's offering an effective rate of around 1.7% per month over a fixed 12 month term. Unsecured.
This isn't going anywhere good.

And i am sorry that englisch is not my first language But the financial slang you are using is not so familiar to me. So i am sorry i am not using terms, like bond or whatever you would like me to use. Anyway i think you guys get the idea what i am talking about right? So sorry if the technical terms are not correct. I am not a rl bankmanager ofcourse!

Where do you get the 1.7% from? How do you figure that?

Are you planning to return the principal at the end of the 12 months? From your OP, it appears that you are not

Is there a limit to the number of investors you will take?
Also, would you raise additional isk during the course of the year, or will you limit yourself to this amount?
Finally, would you be prepared to hand over your full api to an auditor?

I will limit to max 20 investors at first. If it goes really well the amount may increase, i will let the investors know if thats the case, they can choose to do so or not. I have no problem giving up my api for an audit, since i have nothing to hide. I like to do honest bussines really

That values your opening offer at 10 bil. Also, running it for a year seems excessive when you are planning to expand anyway [best done with several successive bonds] - it locks isk down for too long.
I would have made you an offer for 1-2 bil for a 3-month bond, but those two factors are a deal-breaker for me. Thank you though for being patient with my questions, good luck with your business in future

Right i can see what you mean. However, if i want to guarantee the 10% a month isk and the total payout, i will need this time, to make sure everybody gets what he/she deserves, hence the 12 month period. If this is to long for more people, i will consider changing my offer, but i will have to work out a plan to guarantee people their isk. For now, i will see how it goes, if people want to invest, if not i will think of another construction.

Well i said i want to keep it simple. Everybody here uses very difficult constructions and whatever. No need for that, with me its just simple bussines, and clear communications! However you should be awarded for best throll of the month also Then again, its not that good of a throll attempt

Well it seems that if you post a bussines proposal, you are being tagged as a scammer right away. Well i have never scammed anyone, and i will never scam anyone, since i just want to do some honest bussines. For everybody who thinks this is a scam, well i just say it takes one to know one, so right back at ya! Anyway, i am 100% serious with this offer, dont mind an audit or whatever, i just like to do some market trading and making people a profit, while earning something on the side in the process.

Your history seems normal for the two characters I've seen, and you don't really come off as a scammer to me, so I'll help you out here.
You need to do a lot more to convince people that you're genuine and a good investment.
1) You need a much better business plan
How much have you traded before? how many hours per week? will it scale well with extra capital? blah blah blah (please don't answer these right now, they're examples. I don't actually care what the answers are). Ask yourself what you personally would need to see from someone else to convince you that they are a competent trader who is asking for a manageable addition to his existing capital pool, then provide that in this thread.
2) You need an audit
This can be a pretty simple and quick fact-check that you don't have any obvious ties to known scammers, have not scammed in the past, you are trading to the degree that you have stated, and so on. Audits are far from perfect, but they give investors far more information to make a decision with than without one. I believe you can get them subsidized by RAW23, someone will dig up the thread if you are really interested in pursuing this.
