Honest question, I'm not trying to troll :EDIT: ok, i've read some pretty good oponions on that linked thread...but I still wanna vote for the new forums. if for no other reason then its more exciting then sticking with old and boring semi-broken forums.

If you really wanted to be cleaver, you could have the size of the avatar directly proportional to the size of the post. So someone saying 'uMad' would have a smaller picture than a Full Jade Constantine style post. CCP, if you are reading this, this is a joke, not a suggestion.

mkint	Posted - 2011.04.11 21:28:00 - [28] Old ones for sure New ones visual styling made it completely unpleasant to read. I visited the new ones once when they were live, read a few of the thread titles, and promptly left. The new ones broke my mouse wheel in beta. I guess if CCP's not going to budge on portrait sizes I'll have to use adblock on the portrait server like I did on the background image. It reflects extremely poorly on the designers when broken is better than functional.

At least this one works rather smoothly (except the idiotic 2 minute timer). Next to that the new forum also doesn't have polls, so what exactly is the added value of new forum anyway? Like buttons?
