EVE Search - Fed Up With Downtime

Could someone please tell me on how many of those 56 days you were able to log back into game at 12:00 GMT and start playing? And by playing I do mean being able to log into your char and not wait 497 seconds for start-up. Obviously aside from days like today when there are issues to be resolved. Once? Twice? Ever? Please CCP, donÆt state something you categorically cannot abide by.
