So it seems to me that the problem is probably in an Icelandic server problems most of the Fails happen in Iceland. just sayin maybe it is there.

So Just to Clarify....
Is this just a Comcast issue, or are other net providers(users) also having the same issue?

Yes other posters are saying that they are having issues with different ISP's and locations. So it is not only an issue with US or comcast.

Correct from what I have seen it is actually affecting people worldwide. And what I am noticing is that the error is somewhere in Iceland.

servers are in london tho.
at most you can ask CCP to show up at the server box in iceland with pitchforks and torches. beyond that, if servers are running fine and people are managing to connect to EVE normally, then all that CCP can do is do calls.

Don't give me any bullsh-t about you being dyslexic, just go back to primary school and learn English properly.
If you have problems connecting it's your own fault anyway, don't blame it on EVE. I bet the only PVP you do in EVE is during downtime.
