I think there working on geting them redone to take the new PI's to build. That's just a guess I dont realy know.

Instead of putting Faction Towers and BP in NEX stores... why not put them in LP stores? That way everyone has an opportunity to buy them and use them.

The only explanation I can see is that you were planning on MTing them. Well, that is over(for now), so put them back.

There's quite a few loot tables that have either been nerfed beyond recognition or are simply broken at the moment. Of course, scouring the patch notes reveals nothing as usual.
On topic, I used to run alot of anoms in null, low-sec, and 0.5 whilst waiting for fleets to form and had 13 various types of tower BPC (large, regular, and small towers) drop during the 12 months I was doing this actively (I kept a record, :D). They dropped from the special rats that sometimes spawn at the end. In my other exploration endeavours I had only 2 tower drops over a 24 month period, once from a faction belt rat, and the other in a 6/10.
Since Dominion, I have not had a single tower drop, although I have run less anoms, and mostly explored in W-Space. |
